Frijoles & Frescas

First time eating here because I heard it was good. I went at almost 7pm & ordered the Wednesday special....I ordered a carne asada burrito with everything and it was a mess There was more beans than carne! Then I ordered an agua fresca de Piña and barely a hint of piña. Not a good first experience‍

I always come here to get their agua frescas but this time I was craving nachos so I decided to try it. The nachos were loaded with guacamole and salsa , I ordered it with carne asada and the meat was great but for the price there wasn't that much meat and more of the guac and salsa. I'll stick to just getting the agua frescas here. Uploaded a photo of current menu prices

My first time here. I ordered a carne asada burrito with no avocado and added rice. This burrito is meatless. It tastes like an unseasoned vegetarian burrito. 2 stars because it was clean inside.

When I arrived at the location, I was ready to dine in at the restaurant. As everyone ordered, they had the option of dine in or take out. The cashier never asked me, so I assumed I could eat inside. Upon receiving the receipt, I noticed that it said take out. When asked to eat in, she said that they were closing, but she never said it to the other customers. When eating, I felt uncomfortable and rushed. I will not be coming back to this location.

I must say this wasn't my first choice, my partner asked where I wanted to go, I told him where and he was disgusted, so that's how we ended up here in the first place. I like the establishment, I like the customer service, and the food tastes pretty good. That's where the Buck stops! The price and the quantity killed my spirit. The cashier was very patient with my order "which I appreciated ", she helped me choose my "DOUBLE MEAT AND FRIES" carne asada burrito, and even mentioned "she's gonna hook it up", . Side note: I'm a trash man, and it's lunchtime, and I picked up about 6 tons of garbage fyi! As you can imagine at this point I'm starving, we got there early so I waited about 45 min for them to open so my anticipation was through the roof.The food came fairly quickly, I'm hindsight I know why ‍, when I got my burrito my first instinct was to take it back and make sure it was double but, I didn't want to make a scene. The flavor was on point, the red and green sauce didn't add much flavor at all, and the small size and big price of $16 for what seemed like a $7 or $8 burrito kind of messed up the whole experience for me. Although I would like to come back and try other things on the menu, I'm afraid the price and quantity won't add up, sorry... I work hard and I like to get my money's worth. I hope this review helps you guys in the future, I see the potential have a great day.

I ordered some asada fries to go. I waited 18 minutes for the food. I got home and realized they gave me nachos. Luckily I live 5 minutes away so I went back and told them of the mistake. The lady apologized and told me to wait 5 more minutes, which I did. When I came back home the fries were not cooked properly. They were still pretty cold and hard and the food was just OK, not the best. I will never return back to this place.

Good food. I didn't expect the food to be authentic. The name looks like it's a chain restaurant but prices are reasonable for the quality of food

The food was no good I got a chicken burrito & carne asada fries & they both tasted bad food didn't look appealing & was not seasoned right. The service was also not good I was rushed to order & overall not happy at all with the food I paid & was very expensive.

When we went restaurant, my whole family ordered burritos we asked for no cheese and the food, come out. My dad told me it's cold so I put this 1 out of five.

What has this place gone to?! Got the nachos, I couldn't taste a single thing. No seasoning. The only ingredient that had flavor was the sour cream! The meat was bland, the chips were extremely stale, and they don't add any salsas with it. I told myself, why didn't I just go the other Mexican fast food places around? Makes me sad that I even bothered to tip for a to go order and it just came out this way. I was craving nachos, too, and it ended up being so bad. I don't know how you can mess up nachos. Apparently, you can.
