Fred’s International Bakery

I placed an order through their website and was a bit worried because the site tells you to call after placing an order to let them know what day you are picking up. I have the same affliction as many others, and hate using the phone feature on my phone, so this made me a little apprehensive. If you're like me, don't worry, when you pay, you'll get an email letting you know that someone will EMAIL you about the pick up date. And it was about 2 min later, when Alina emailed me to ask which day I would prefer to come by.Driving up was super easy, there was a lot of parking in the lot. We came to the door and Alina was there talking with some people but she was super quick to ask me if I was picking up. I gave her my name and she had everything ready. It was super quick and easy.The smell in the car on the way to our next stop was amazing! I could not wait to dig into some of this bread! Not only does this bread smell amazing, it looks and tastes that way too. Now that I know about Fred's International Bakery, there is no going back. I know where to get super yummy gorgeous breads now.

I just ate the best ever red velvet cupcake It was so light and delicious I can't wait to bring to get another taste. Everyone that comes into town needs to put this place on their must visit venue.

Sweets are delightful. The Chaux Craquelin, Tarts, and Macarons are airy and not overly sweet. Their Dobos (torte) is the best !

Love her pastries. Our go to orders are always her Meat pies & rustic sourdough and when available: lemon meringue tart, dobos cake, cremeschnitte . A few of the savory items we've loved so far are her: brie, zucchini & dill pies; cabbage brioche buns; asparagus, pancetta & Parmesan tart. She is always friendly & sweet

What a delightful encounter at the Henderson Farmer's Market....I met Alina and spent some time talking about her breads and the bakery she and her husband own. When I saw these beautiful lemon tarts she told me about the special elderflower that is used. I couldn't resist.The crust is crisp and flaky, the filling is delicious, creamy and lemony and bright. It is delicious. I'm looking forward to trying some other items and so happy to have Alina!

iam very disappointed !!! I talked to her through the messenger she asked me what kind of cake I would like and I explained it to her and i thought she took my order ! now my grandkids birthday and I was waiting for my cake to be picked up! Very unprofessional and rude Why would you ask somebody what kind of cake I want if you not taking orders ? she needs to learn how to explain. when I contacted her through the messengers , she didn't even try to make it right for me. on top of it blocked me

Bought this bad boy from our local farmer's market!!!The product and owner are absolutely amazing! The bread is yeast free, made by the owner who is romanian! It doesn't get more authentic than this!!! The dessert is called savarina!!! So yummy! Go get yourself some!!!

Unlicensed food prepared in a home kitchen that bothers all of the neighbors. While the products aren't bad it is totally inappropriate to be utilizing a single family home as a commercial kitchen.

Absolutely fabulous and delicious sourdough bread! Order in advance to guarantee availability since mostly everything is strictly a pre-Oder.
