Fraiche Signatures Las Vegas

Everything is always SO DELICIOUS & FRAICHE!! Pop up started 12/15 we were there that day, ordered egg rolls (veggie order and salmon order), the fried chicken, the fried shrimp and the Mac!-we didn't make it home with the food, we ate it in the CAR!! We went back that Sunday for BRUNCH! tried the pancakes, the eggs, the chicken sausage AND was greedy and ate a piece of CATFISH lol!! THEN my fam had a lil function and I ordered a full pan of catfish, everyone LOVED it...they are still talking about it to this day!! THANK YALL!! PLEASE STAY!! VEGAS NEED YOU!!! #ThisAintThat

Finally had a chance to taste Chef E's creations after watching & hearing reviews from Los Angeles. Food is absolutely delicious & presentation is on point. I tried: Beef Tenderloin & Salmon with Garlic Noodles, Seafood Egg Rolls, & Banana Pudding Muffin. The noodles are perfection, I have had a lot of garlic noodles that were too greasy & his are NOT - they literally melt in your mouth. Grilled salmon delish & the beef tenderloin was soooo tender. The egg rolls with salmon - crazy ridiculously yummy. Lastly - the signature sauces are off the chain!! I mixed The ETB with Antiguan Jerk - def recommend!! And they sell their sauces.I just wish they were a little closer to the center of town so I could order more often as I am on the opposite end of town. Highly highly recommend Fraiche! Please try em out so they can become a LV staple!!

This spot isn't a restaurant but a pop up. Kind of like going to a good truck but it's a building. The two men working are so kind and the food did not disappoint at all. I ordered the catfish with garlic noodles, vegetable egg rolls, and bread pudding. Every single thing was full of flavor and so delicious. I'm sad the pop up is ending because it is close to my work but they will continue to do pre orders out of Henderson. Go get some of this delicious food ASAP.

They're originally out of LA and I've heard nothing but rave reviews from family and friends so when I saw on Instagram that a pop up was opening in Las Vegas, I had to stop by. I've been able to grab amazing food there 2 times and hopefully will it make it again in February. Chef E Dubble and Roland (I hope I'm spelling this correctly) offered amazing service and went above and beyond to help me have a great experience. Wishing them continued success and positive vibes towards a permanent spot in Vegas. We appreciate you and your team blessing us with such delicious food.
