Forever Us Destination Weddings and Honeymoons

All I can say is that Raylene is the best! I am so glad that one of our friends referred her to us. When we decided to a destination wedding, we were those people who had to do their homework. From the get go Raylene listened to what we wanted and set us up with multiple site tours while we were in Mexico. We looked at about 10 different resorts, but still couldn't find the right place for us. We let Raylene know that we were so close to selecting a venue, but there was just something missing.... She listened to us, our budget and and our vision and suggested a wild card resort called Xcaret. She was open and honest that it was a new resort and and that she haven't had too much experience with the team there, but thought it could be the one. So, she set up a site tour for us. Low and behold she was spot on. Once we arrived at the resort we knew it was the one for us. We were in love. This was our place. We selected a date, and signed a contact. From then on Raylene couldn't have been more helpful. She negotiated a discounted group rate for us, and was in constant communication throughout the process. Not only did she arrange the lodging but also had many contacts and referrals for vendors that made our trip and wedding extra special. Our guests also had great things to say about her. If they had a question, she would respond with urgency and if she didn't know the answer she would find it. She even took the extra step to personally call each guest that had a reservation to confirm their arrangements and give them the opportunity to ask any last minute questions. After our big day she followed up, and listed to us and then gave hotel feedback. We would recommend her a million times over without question. Kerri was absolutely amazing to work with. From helping us choose a resort for our two week honeymoon to making sure we chose the best suite with all the perks, she was the best! We've never used an agency before and usually plan and book our own trips but for something as significant and extravagant as our honeymoon we thought it would be best to leave it to the pros!
