Foothills Tavern

Haven't been here for a while. Got a text saying there would be karaoke tonight. I didn't sing, but I did hit two four of a kinds and a straight flush. Nicole and Rachel, the bartenders were hilarious The vibe in this place wanted me to stay. Busy bar, people having fun, meeting new friends. I had a great time.

The bar did put out a special menu for football games with some tasty items for a great price! Service is super and the staff will give you a worm feeling !

I went here a couple of times years back. It was much livelier back then. Now, it barely has people on the play side and the machines aren't great. The only good thing they kept is the bar area clean and updated.

Decided to come here based on the Yelp reviews. First impression was not good. Wondered if I even wanted to go in. The tavern is in a large residential area and looks to be part of a gas station. There is a sign on the door that says you need to press a buzzer and look at a camera to be let inside... But only if the door is locked. I like security but wondering what I'm getting into. The door was unlocked, so walked in. Once entering I'm immediately greeted and quickly served a beer and provided a menu. The draft options are limited but they did have Moose Drool which I like. I decided to try the $10 pizza with sausage and pepperoni. At that price I'm expecting a smaller, single serving pizza.The tavern is small. There is a round bar with a few gaming machines and a bunch of TVs, and has about 10 tables around the bar.My pizza came in about the time you'd expect and is a 10 inch pie. I was also provided with extra napkins and a plastic knife and fork. The pizza crust was on the thin side, which I like, and cooked perfectly. It also was well seasoned and had a real nice garlic flavor.Overall very satisfied and would return if looking for a laid back place for a meal with a good brew.

Clean, but smoky. Friendly bartender and cook. Good choice of music. The bartender was the waitress. This was inconvenient as the bar was full and the bartender didn't seem to pay us (siting at a table) much attention. We arrived about 5:30pm. We sat down ordered drinks and food about 15 minutes later. Our food arrived in a decent amount of time. One of the sandwiches tasted bad, so the bartender took it off of the bill. She then took our trays from us. This was about 7pm. About 50 minutes later (based on the time of the receipt) she brought us the bill. The bartender walked passed us twice, we tried to get her attention by saying Excuse me. We were not successful. After her stopping and having a conversation with other people directly in front of us, we finally got her attention. It has been almost 35 minutes and she just now took our payment.

Normally I don't leave reviews, but I had a great time here. Not far from the house I was renting. The atmosphere is chill and the bartender Rachel the bartender was awesome. Hi Rachel. I'll definitely be back!

My favorite local bar, Brian and Nicole , amazing customer service, the food is great and the atmosphere is down to earth, would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area
