From the moment we checked in at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the hospitality was top-tier. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my entire group, ensuring we all had rooms on the same floor--a small detail that made a huge difference in our experience. For my birthday, we dined at Papi Steakhouse inside the hotel, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Despite a reservation mishap on my end, the manager, Jessica, handled it seamlessly within seconds, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The service, the food, and the overall ambiance made for an unforgettable celebration.Every detail at Fontainebleau exudes luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I can't wait to stay here again and experience more of what this incredible hotel has to offer! Highly recommend!

Your response only further highlights the negligence & lack of proper guest assistance that took place at Fountainebleau Las VegasYou claim that your team attempted to contact the primary guest but were unsuccessful. However, I was physically present, verbally confirming my identity, showing multiple forms of digital ID and pleading for security footage to be reviewed--a simple solution that could have resolved everything in minutes. Now, based on your response, it's clear that you did review the footage after the fact, proving that it was always an available option. Yet, in the moment, your staff refused to use this basic security measure to verify my stay.Your justification that I was only an "additional occupant" rather than the "primary guest" is not a valid excuse to deny access. Many hotels allow two primary guests, and nowhere in your policies does it state that a listed guest, who can provide multiple forms of digital identification, can be locked out simply because the primary guest is unavailable. It was a complete failure of guest safety and customer service! The way I was treated raises serious concerns about how Fontainebleau handles guest security, particularly for solo travelers and women. I expected better from a luxury establishment, and until your team takes real accountability, I strongly encourage others to think twice before staying here!!!

Unlike my last visit, I actually got to stay in one of their rooms for a couple of nights. It was a great stay, all the way from check-in to check-out. The main reception area's main focal point is a large floral display, full of red roses (mostly real but also some artificial) and real orchids. I later learnt that the display is refreshed every morning (with wilted flowers being replaced), and every couple of weeks, a new design is laid out (e.g. a racing theme for the week of the Grand Prix). We got a chance to stay at 3 different resorts during the week, and Fontainbleau had the nicest bathrooms out of all of them. Really strong water pressure throughout, and a wide deep soaking tub. Other areas of excellence was the Fitness Center: the largest I've seen at a hotel, bigger than most fully dedicated gyms. And the elevators were very modern, with complete touchscreens to zip you between floors. Not sure if they are intelligent (i.e. knows how many people are already on so won't stop when full), but I don't remember a time when it stopped at a floor without a good reason. Of course, it also could mean it was the least crowded of the places we stayed.

Our room was very luxurious, spacious, comfortable bed with down comforter and pillows, nice sitting area near the window, huge stocked mini bar - if you are into that sort of thing, complete with cocktail making accessories. There is also a pull out refrigerated drawer suitable for keeping your own drinks or fruit cool, though not cold enough for storing leftovers safely. We had a great view of the Sphere and its changing LED light show from our room. One disappointment was the hair we found on the floor and also in the shower, plus the air conditioning grate was full of dust. We told management about the grate on our first day of a two night stay, but it wasn't cleaned. Parking was abundant and we were also able to park fairly close to the elevators. There is added security at the room elevators and there seemed to be a lot of staff for service needs. The casino also was not smoky. We were very disappointed about the pool situation, only one very small pool was open in February, even though there were several pools on the property. Also about a third of the shops are still in planning phase and several restaurant locations are not filled and others close very early, also the hours of operation are not well posted, so there wasn't much buzz. The main Las Vegas Convention Center is right next to the Hotel so there would likely be a lot more energy at the Hotel when a major convention is in town.

I thought I would find big opulence here at Fontainebleau. What I did find was a casino with really high ceilings, big games and big pictures on the walls. Ultimately after all the years it took to open this casino I was not over impressed but thought it was a nice spot.

A truly amazing 21st Century Resort Casino experience. Las Vegas' newest addition to the strip is beautifully architected, moving through the lovely spaces flows in well conceived gliding paths. The food from restaurants, to conference fare to room service all delivered wonderful quality and taste that satisfied every time. I'm not a gambler but the casino areas were gorgeous to look at. If you have never been to Vegas or you're a regular, you simply must make the Las Vegas Fountainblue your next stop.

The Fontainebleau property radiates elegance and class. With its art deco style, utilizing clean lines and geometric shapes, paired with a gold and blue palette, this hotel is an elevated modern experience. I can't believe it took almost 20 years to finish -- after so many changes with its ownership and development, combined with some world events like the recession and pandemic, it stood eerily vacant for quite a long time. But hey, it's here, and hopefully here to stay!I stayed in November 2024, almost a year after it officially opened. As a local, I usually get a room for my birthday, so I thought Forty at Fontainebleau had a nice ring to it. The line to check in at front desk was ridiculously long, but it somehow moved faster than you'd think.I actually got an email to pay a little extra for upgraded options, but when I checked in, the upgrade wasn't available anymore... HOWEVER, I was given something even better, which was so awesome! (I'm blanking on the friendly front desk employee's name, but I wrote it in my feedback survey awhile ago.)My friends and I dined at Mother Wolf (omg, that bread!) and then headed to the suite for some post-dinner drinks. There is a massive chandelier where BLEAU BAR is, you won't miss it. Lovely architecture. And works of art everywhere. We had a spectacular view of the Strip, Sphere included. The suite was well-appointed. Button-controlled curtains/lighting. Huge bathtub. Two mini fridges: one for purchasing items, one for personal use. I had dining credit through a promo, so they were used at CAFE CUTO the next morning before checking out the pool. Pool in November? Yes! They have one that's HEATED, which is nice. In December, we came back for their OASIS ICE RINK winter wonderland, supposedly the largest ice rink on the Strip. It was so much fun! Can't wait for more fun events here. PS -- see how many places you find bow ties.

I'm usually pretty tough on hotels as Wifey's job has brought us to some beautiful places. We were out at the Fontainebleau for her work and I was pretty impressed. I checked in a few days after Wifey and the desk crew was great. The room we were in was fantastic with great furniture, a super comfortable bed, and a shower with great water pressure (one of my pet peeves). For you gamblers, there is gaming at the hotel, but not as extensive as some of the others. For you foodies and drinkers - great food and drinks at numerous restaurants and bars throughout the hotel. I will say, if you're using cabs or uber here it's confusing where they have to pick you up as it's not out front. However the bell staff were super helpful here. Helped direct us around the hotel and took care of rental golf clubs for me when they arrived and when I was done playing. The hotel is not in your traditional downtown area, but cabs and Ubers are easy to find if you want to head down that way. The only downside to our stay we our hotel room overlooked the SPHERE, which is a pretty cool site, but our curtains didn't close all the way (about 95%) so all night long we had a little light flashing onto the ceiling. Overall, I loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Saw Tears For Fears concert here. Great venue. Still new and vast but really lacked warmth for me! Everything looked new and elegant but seemed very spread out and signage was hard to follow. Had to ask for directions as did everyone else. Will be interesting to see how they develop. Their rideshare and taxi area is a messWill look forward to seeing my cousin's photos and review of room after his Chinese New Years visit
