I have been here twice and both times were good eating. Preparation, the technique and ingredients of the dishes left really positive impressions on me. Currently prices are reasonable for Vegas dining, so as long as their same standards hold, I will be a repeat customer. Dishes I've tried: Brussels sprouts, pizza, fried calamari, and ricotta cavatelli pasta. Crispy Brussel sprouts were tossed with smoked bacon, small fried potato wedges, and in a maple spice honey glaze. It had the right amount of char, with a fried egg with gooey yolk on top. Ricotta Cavatelli pasta was in a rich mushroom sauce (gravy consistency) with fresh/creamy ricotta paste and diagonally cut, al dente asparagus - it tasted fresh and well balanced despite being very rich and dense. Tasted great the next day too, and since pasta was handmade - it had a nice soft bouncy texture without being soggy. Almost like a gnocchi mouth feel. The Tagliatelle/Farfelle bolognese pasta also looked really good too. I love me some handmade and wide pasta noodles! Fried calamari is a must get. Has both circles and tentacle pieces in a marinated batter that was fried to a nice crisp without overcooking the calamari or drying it out inside. There were also thin slices of lemon and what I thought were calabrian chili peppers, but were cherry chili peppers (less spicy) that were also dipped in batter and fried. All of this on a small bed of frise lettuce greens.Their pizza is heated/cooked in a gas ceramic oven and seems to only come in 1 full sized pizza (2 to 3 can share) from the restaurant menu. If you don't have time nor the stomach space for that, they have a quick order counter to the left of the entrance, for you to get slices of some of their daily pizza specials for around $7 and up. Regardless, the pizza here is solid.Service is attentive and fairly swift, both at the table and the bar where I sat and dined both times. Restaurant is located in the open-air walkway/small street alley or promenade next to the LINQ hotel and a couple doors down from In-N-Out Burger.

Our server was very friendly and helpful. Her service was exactly what we needed to start our trip. We all split the Shrimp Scampi, Vampire, and Gluten free pepperoni pizzas amongst our party of 7. We sat outside which was still comfortable in February (outside heaters). One person who got the wings said they were "solid wings."Pistachio cake (gluten free) really hit the spot after pizza. Also would like to note that the affogato is also delicious!

We were watching the NFL playoff games at the bar in the LINQ. The food there was not any good so I went down into the promenade and bought a full pizza from this place and brought it back into the bar!! They forbid you from doing this so I gave our waitress an extra hundred bucks to look the other way......This is probably not a very accurate review because we were starving and drunk, but it tasted incredible !!!!!! Killer everything!! It went against my rule about buying cheese pizza to evaluate because I was getting it for my whole crew and everybody wanted pepperoni.Again, this was from the to-go area of the restaurant. I did not actually sit in the restaurant which looks pretty nice. Will be back....

This was a pleasant surprise. I generally actively avoid eating on the strip because the prices are ridiculous and the food tends to be not as good as the stuff in the suburbs. As it turned out, the prices were within the realm of reason and the flavors were excellent. The service was solid and the ambiance was great. The fact that it was right on the Linq promenade was a bonus. The only reason I'm not giving the whole 5 stars is that the pizza crust left something to be desired. To me, the crust is the most important part of the pizza and it should be crispy but chewy. I often ask places to cook my pizza a bit longer to ensure that it's not soggy in the middle. I shouldn't have to do this but I often do. I rate this fairly highly because the other flavors were so dialed in but that crust was so soggy, I couldn't actually hold my slice even when I folded it in half. Eating non-chicago deep-dish with a fork ofends my sensibilities

Was walking the High Roller alley on the Las Vegas strip and saw 'Flour & Barley'. The pizza crav'n hit so visit we did. Restaurant is large with spaced out seating and there is a bar area. Hostess and servers were bubbly and helpful with menu selections. We ordered 'the Big Apple' pizza which is 2x pepperoni and mozzarella. Pizzas are abt 10". Pizza was HOT, sauce was flavorful, and the mozzarella stretched out a good 16-20 inches. Highly recommend.

So I recently visited Flour & Barley, and it was such a fun and dining experience and not to terribly busy (for Vegas!) Their fall special martini flight was the perfect way to kick off the evening. It featured an espresso martini, a pistachio martini, and an apple cinnamon martini--each one was delicious in its own way and full of seasonal flair. I really like creative cocktails but can't always drink the full sized drinks and try them all (and still walk lol) For food, I couldn't resist the Vampire Pizza, and it did not disappoint. The overall vibe of the pizzas and Italian place made it ideal for a start of fun night out, whether with friends or a date.

One of a few places in Vegas where you can get a gluten free pizza. Love that t's centrally located on the Strip. I hadn't realize until this year that they offered a gluten free pizza so each time I've come out to Vegas, I eat here at least once. The offer gluten free breadsticks, pizza, and a gluten free dessert (varies). I've ordered the Margherita on gluten free crust, the Big Apple on gluten free crust, and the Caputo Cup (gluten free pizza). Love that it's a thick crust and cooked in a separate pan so no cross contamination. I wasn't a fan of the Margherita but enjoyed the Big Apple and Caputo Cup. The only thing I'd change is the sauce. I prefer more sauce especially with thick crust so I ask for extra sauce. I've eaten here a few times without any gluten issues and have had great service from Nellie and Juan. Plenty of seating both inside and out but it gets busy so plan ahead and make a reservation.

Checked out the Linq and decided on this pizza place since one of our group wanted to "people watch". Ended up being a great choice! There's a variety of pizzas and we enjoyed all that we ordered - pizzas, wings, and the martini flight. The flight had apple spice, pistachio, and coffee. They're sweeter drinks, but tasted good, especially the pistachio, for me. Our server was super sweet and checked on us frequently. For being on the strip, things were reasonably priced, too. The patio in front was perfect for people watching and there are heat lamps if you get cold. I can see this being popular in summer, too. The inside is pretty roomy, though, so in or out, you're covered. Glad to find a casual but good place on the strip that won't cost an arm and a leg.

Had a nice time here. Went on a Tuesday around 6. Pretty empty & easy to get a seat. They did have a vegan pizza option, which we ordered. Tasted pretty good. It definitely doesn't feel like an upscale spot but it was good for a casual meal.As a side note I did suffer food poisoning the day after eating here which could be a coincidence but it's the only new place I ate.

I went to Las Vegas with a list of pizza places I wanted to visit and Flour & Barley at the LINQ Promenade is one of them. I was here for lunch on New Year's Day. It was just after 11 so not too busy. After reading the menu I ordered the Calabrese Pizza (Red sauce, mozzarella, pecorino romano, meatballs, Italian sausage, prosciutto cotto, Calabrian chiles and salsa Verde). I thought the meatballs on the pizza were very flavorful. I loved the crust. It was crisp and a little bit dense. Great char and spotting. It tasted like someone is rolling out the dough instead of stretching it. I'm a fan. They were a little heavy handed with the salsa verde drizzle after the bake. I could have taken a lot more Calabrian chiles but I like heat. I would definitely go back here. Maybe I'd choose a different pizza but I thought this dough/crust was excellent. First pizza of 2025! Looking forward to more.
