First time coming and it was a blast! We showed up at around 12 and my little ones had a bunch of fun with a lot of different things to do. Props on the front counter workers, they were super nice, and greeted us as we walked in. The manager who was dojoun was super helpful and kind enough to show me the different party rooms and how the parties work. The cafe food is decent for a trampoline place with very limited options, but overall had a good experience from staff, to the overall park. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends.

This is a very fun place and lots of things to do. A fantastic outlet to let your kids to literally bounce off walls for a couple hours, and burn off some energy before bed. Laser tag - and no extra charge for it! Thank you! We only had one negative experience here, which split up my son and his friend was left out, and my son wasn't sure what to do - and that was after they both waited a considerable amount of time to be in the next group to be allowed in.. So I would think the employees are well prepared for these situations with limited spaces. And as they tried to explain the situation to her, she should have either allowed his friend to go with him. Or cut them both out. They were not part of a larger party. But instead she was determined for his friend to be left out after waiting all that time, and we left shortly after because our time was up. It was just really disappointing and cost me extra because I had to buy dipping dots to try and turn around the mood. I considered buying the dipping dots elsewhere, just based on principal. But I was already tired. So I only bought it for them - so instead of buying 3 as I normally would have, I only bought one and they shared. Besides that incident, out of the many times we have come, everything has been great and I can't complain.. So It's safe to say that was just an off night and not what we typically experience here..

A great place to get your kids tired. This location is smaller than the Henderson location but it's closer to us. A toddler kid section, lots of trampoline space for jumping and a slide, wall towers and so much to keep the kids busy. Tables and chairs to sit and eat, benches near the trampoline to watch your kids. The best part is the lounge section, it's cool and spacious, TV and massage chairs.

We had our son's b'day party here today, and I wasn't impressed, especially for the exorbitant price!We had to wait for the "party planner" to show up to our bay, which the manager had to go find her btw, so the kids could get their socks and wrist bands., and it was well past our 11:30 start time fyi. I'll start out by saying the place is pretty much run by young people, and our assigned "party planner" didn't even show up to work on time costing the kids time to jump and play. They gave us two pizzas that they ordered from Marcos, didn't even provide their own food of any kind, and we brought pizzas from Papa John's to supplement. Our party only had maybe 20, 25 people max, so two pizzas never would have been enough, which we knew ahead of time because the contract says one pizza per 5 jumpers, and our package allowed for 10 jumpers. We brought all the drinks ourselves, except for two pitchers of drinks they provided. We also had to provide plates and napkins. The planner did serve a few slices of pizza which we didn't really have a need for, and said she'd be back to serve the cupcakes we brought in, but never did, so we did it ourselves. No big deal except it's her job, and they provide a spot on the invoice for a gratuity which I really didn't want to add, but I didn't want to be that person, so reluctantly I did add gratuity. Come the end of our party block our planner of course shows up on time to give us the invoice and let us know we had to be out of the party bay by 1:30, and that the kids couldn't play anymore. Overall I would never have a party there again, nor recommend them to anyone I know. There's plenty of other places that would appreciate our hard earned money during these times of bidenomics.

Wow! What a fun place. I had my 9 year old grandson today and was trying to find something to do with him. He had enough of the pool and it's too darn hot out. Found this on Yelp and thought we would give it a try. From the moment we walked in-we were greeted by an amazing young man at the desk-Max. Such a sweetheart-explained how everything worked-the activities and was so kind to my grandson. Let me tell you this--I even had a blast. Played Laser tag for the first time and did all the jumping areas. For 12 dollars for 2 hours-it doesn't get better than this. Great place for kids and adults too-highly recommend!

For the price of this place they need to keep their bathrooms clean. & have better staff. Our party had a "party host" he didn't want to do anything but hang with his guys downstairs in the kitchen. We asked for water refill and he told me "to use the melted ice water until he was able to refill it" his exact words couldn't make it up ! Multiple things back to back. The kids had a blast but the service n bathrooms suck -_-

We threw our sons 5th birthday in the VIP suite and he had a blast! Aiden was our party helper and he did phenomenal. Would highly recommend. Only thing is that we wish we had another hour in the room and a bit more time to set up.

These school students tried me and my friends first cause we hit them in dodgeball and WE got in trouble when they started with us first and their employee said "Tell me when they mess with you again" When they put their hands on me and harassed us multiple times overall the employees take sides so don't even try to report someone who have a party they not gon do nothing unless your rich and go to a private school, It's crazy how we got harassed first and we almost got banned and the employees thought we were the trouble makers.They also followed us around and pointed at us

love this location on grand canyon ! the environment is nice came here with my family very amazing experience really affordable and I enjoyed my time here overall I will be returning here again

This place used to be great and I really enjoyed being there, but as of recently it's clear that ownership doesn't care about the building and its quality anymore. Prices continue to rise significantly on everything yet attractions break, bathrooms don't work or are very dirty, and the entire facility is clearly not taken care of. Everything is truly disorganized and very chaotic.
