Flip N Grill

Delicious and very courteous today. I ordered the steak and salmon combo plate and I believe it was about $25. There was so much food! The rice was delicious, plenty of eggs and flavor and the salmon covered the whole half side of my plate on a bed of rice. I squeezed the lime on the steak and it upgraded the already delicious flavor. My order only took about 5 or 10 min also! I will order from them again, and it's a good move if you like hibachi! You get the same delicious food without the tricks but in less time.

As I was leaving an undisclosed location on a well know holiday, 04/20, I came across FlipN Grill, a hibachi food truck. I've never been to a hibachi restaurant so I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully, flipN grill has made be a believer and I will be back! First, the owners are super nice, very helpful with any questions I had since I've never had anything like this before, and very patient with my decision making. We ultimately decided to get the steak and shrimp combo, comes with both meats, sautéed vegetables and fried rice with a side of yum yum sauce. We also got the garlic fried noodles since we were craving rice and noodles. We ordered our food, waited patiently and ate some in the car. The flavor of this food, I can't even describe how good this food is. The steak was succulent, juicy and tender, lightly seasoned, the shrimp was garlicky and slightly charred. The fried rice was extremely flavorful, and under all the meat to soak up the juices, even the vegetables were seasoned well. On top of this, they give you a yum sum sauce, and the name definitely does it justice, it's creamy tangy and pairs perfect with the dish. Now for the noodles, they looked like they're wouldn't be much to them, but looks are deceiving, these noodles are delicious, burst of umami and richness. They are buttery, garlicky and the lemon the side add a little acidity for the perfect balance. If you ever see this food truck around town, DO NOT hesitate to try them out.

Experienced FlipNGrill this weekend and 10/10 recommend! Food is incredible. Portions are huge!!! Anytime I see them at an event, that's the food truck we are going to get - SO GOOD!!!

I attended the Food Truck Frenzy in the Lee's liquor parking lot today. I ordered the Shrimp fried rice, no veggies. And it was very good. A little different in seasoning, but still good. I brought a folding chair and set up a spot to eat to the side of their truck and as I was eating, 1 of their staff came up to me and asked if I wanted a soda. I assume for free, but I had already purchased a water from a different truck, so I declined. But still nice of the staff. Nice people, good food.

Everything I ordered was delicious!!!! I ate chicken hibachi the time I arrived at the Pahrump Fall Festival.After searching for another food I want to eat for my dinner before going home , I still ended up ordering another set of food from them again.And this time had to try their steak and shrimp.Fresh ingredients,balance flavor,chunky and juicy,portions are great especially the yum yum sauce that I dumped all over the food that gives more flavor.Customer service was pretty awesome as well.Worth the 20 minutes waiting in line.I'll be tracking this Foodtruck and planning meals around their location when I'm in Vegas from now on.

I attended my first ever event in pahrump and I ate here today and I was expecting a good review but i feel bad how people did a really bad review on this one because I really got an amazing experience from them! I got a really really good food and service. Sure it took a while to prepare my food since they had a long line and so they were serving a bunch of people but that's understandable because it's a foodtruck and they looked like they don't have a lot of workers. I think people who commented badly on this one should know logic. They are expecting too much on a growing foodtruck business. But overall everything was good and I hope to see them more around in Vegas! Here's a picture of my food 10/10!

my 7th times ordered shrimp and steak hibachi combo! never tired of this huge dish! food was amazingly delicious! the right amount of sauce in every dish i ordered appetizingly supered!
