The check in process took an hour. I had done the self check in via the app however it still required me to see an agent and the line was insane. The agent was not friendly at all we asked her some recommendations for restaurants in the casino and she said to research it online. I paid for an upgrade however was given a smaller room and the agent said there were no more available rooms I Paris for so I would be getting the price difference returned. The elevators never work. The plumbing in the room woke me up all night. It's loud and sounds like the pipes are going to burst. The view was ok. Nothing breath taking. Aside from that the location is great. In the middle of a ton of things. However the price is not so great. 600 for two nights in a basic room

My husband and I came here for a conference in February. At first things seemed nice, it was a pretty standard hotel room. Then we noticed there was no coffee machine, no microwave, the hair dryers barely worked, and our tv remote had to be shaken before it worked. The lack of a microwave was a pain bc this forced us to have to buy food each day, and pizza in the food court was over $50, salads were $25... were not that rich to blow that much on food. We just went and got sandwich stuff since we had no way of even heating left overs. We also paid for parking but at no time did our hotel keys work so we had to keep using the call button to get in and out. The rooms also have pretty thin walls. We could hear the drunk girls yelling next door and all the traffic below. If the goal of going to Vegas is to get drunk & gamble, this place may not be so bad. Personally we've had a better experience in the Holiday inn off the strip. It wasn't the worst experience but it definitely wasn't the best either.

We stayed here from a Friday to Monday! The good: Hotel location:It's pretty much in the middle of the strip so walking to places is pretty easy! Also has an entrance right onto the linq promenade where there are a lot of stores and shops plus the High Roller Ferris wheel. Clean room:the room was pretty clean! We were comfortable with the temperature and it was pretty nice. No bad smells like I have read in other reviews The bad:Check in:It's at 4pm. You can check in early but if it's before 3:30 there is a $15 fee. We got there at 3:20 and had to get out of line and wait the 10 minutes which is literally what everyone was doing so when you got back in line it was so long. The plumbing:There was no hot water! It was lukewarm! Also, the shampoo and conditioner are super low quality and watery! Don't forget to bring yours like i did!The room location:Our room had a direct view of the inlove sugar store and a bar on the Linq Promenade. They played super loud music until 4am and you could hear the DJ and music crystal clear. We are from Michigan so that combined with the 3 hour time difference really exhausted us. Overall, I can put up with the bad and I would stay here again.

We booked two Flamingo rooms for a total of $750 for three nights (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). While the hotel offers a chance to see the flamingos and enjoy the casino, there isn't much else to do during the winter months. The pool was drained and closed, and aside from the food court, most restaurants appeared to be shut.Check-in was quick and easy thanks to the kiosks, though it's worth noting that some kiosks were out of order. The kiosk requests your credit card but doesn't disclose the amount being charged or provide a breakdown. While we did receive that information at check-out, it would have been helpful to see it upfront. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, but why only two pillows per bed? All the promotional photos showed four! The wireless phone charger and extra outlets throughout the room were a convenient touch. The high water pressure did allow water to splash on the ground as the shower curtain didn't cover the whole shower. On a positive note, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Additionally, the WiFi was limited to just two devices per room, which felt restrictive.Parking was a nightmare. The structure is extremely tight, especially for larger vehicles like a minivan. Upon leaving, multiple guests struggled with the ticket machine, and it took us 30 minutes to exit the garage. You'd expect the hotel to have someone assisting at the booth during busy hours, especially since we paid $25 for parking over the weekend. To make matters worse, the key card never worked for entering or exiting the garage, even though the hotel insisted it should.Overall, we deducted one star for the parking issues, one for the lack of cleanliness, and another for the limited amenities, especially given the high resort fee.

Didn't stay at the Flamingo but walked through and gambled a tad. Overall the gambling area was nice and open, not too crowded and they had some nice restaurants. Maybe on our next trip we'll plan on trying one of these restaurants, we never really thought about the Flamingo Hotel. It was nice, especially that Flamingo habitat, how cool is that.

I paid $600 for two nights which was overpriced for the dirty walled hotel room I got in the Habitat tower. It had a decent view from the 21st floor. The bathroom needs more light. I felt like my room could use more modernization. I wish I took a pick of the old and ugly small fridge. The Flamingo is the ghetto. I only stayed there because all my teammates were there. This has been my consistent experience here and it's my 3rd and last year at the Flamingo.

I am pretty sure other reviews have already covered my comments. The property is super tired and needs a proper update. It probably needed a full update about 10 years ago from the looks of it. Not a ton of positives, other than the first floor/gaming area seems to be ok. Restaurants are decent and staff was friendly.

This is an acceptable hotel to stay on The Strip; nothing too special. Check in was at 4 pm and was a complete nightmare. Lines were extremely long and took a while. It was even more frustrating after I had to look for the entrance to the parking lot since the front was closed off (and construction was going on). The parking lot really needed some re-stripe work to be done. To leave parking structure, you use the room key (had to try several times before it worked). The room was ok, just a little dated. It would have nice too at least have a microwave or coffee-maker. I booked a room to have views of The Strip, but couldn't really see clearly through the windows. The good things about this hotel are that the lighting is good, the walkway is outside by the Cromwell to get to the other side to Caesars Palace and the Bellagio, and the Linq Promenade is on the side.

I played up to diamond elite last year and this year already I'm a diamond plus. I do not drink alcohol or sodas, I just learned that the Starbucks and Nook Express drinks that I look forward to when playing at a Caesar's property, and the bottled waters at certain locations I frequent, are no longer available to me as a diamond elite rewards card holder which is costly to achieve. Shame on Caesars properties for abruptly removing the one perk that got me to show up at your casinos to play slots. I don't even use your staycation offers because I'm a local and like to stay at my house. Honestly, I hope you lose lots of business as a result since I feel like I've been ripped off by Caesars. I lost way more money playing Caesars slots even this year than the cost of the drinks that you have taken from me without adequate notice. Even though you can remove any perk without any notice, that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. I justified losing the money, believe it or not, because of the four Starbucks drinks that I could get for my status. That money will be going to another casino from this point forward.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I booked direct via Caesar's for my 30th birthday and treated myself to a more expensive, newly renovated room as a birthday treat. Well, turns out your room isn't guaranteed even if you book direct (rather than 3rd party). Turns out, they purposely overbook their room types as a hotel. They could only offer downgraded rooms with NO price adjustment for a smaller, cheaper, older room. Once in our room, no lights worked and the room looked nothing like the photos we were shown by the front desk. They said we could switch rooms after one night, but the next day said we couldn't change and to try switching again on our last night. In addition to the room issues, we also pre-paid for a 4pm late checkout, since that was my actual birthday and we had a late flight home. Unfortunately, we were woken up and interrupted THREE TIMES that morning to check out. The final instance being the hotel staff entering our room unannounced and telling us we had to leave immediately. When we went to checkout earlier than planned, the front desk said we didn't have a late checkout on file - despite having confirmed this upon check-in with the same guy who checked us in. After looking further, they see WE DID have the late checkout. The best they could do was refund the $10 difference between the 1pm and 4pm late checkout.Other than this hotel, my Vegas birthday was great but my friends and I will never be staying here again.
