My first experience with the soon to be Fisher Deli. Service was attentive throught my meal. I had the eggs Benedict original home fries, salted bagel, and matzah ball soup. Every bite was exceptional! even if you're not in the area, I would highly recommend!

One of the best diner/deli spots I ever been to!My friend and I randomly ate here after a long run. The food was honestly phenomenal! We ordered the open Rubin and it was STACKED with corned beef and cheese. Very light but filling at the same time. Corned beef gave great saltiness taste to the cheese and bread. The Ceilys stack was extremely filling. The beef and potatoes were greatly complimented with the gravy, giving a heavily (but balanced) salty taste. The two big dishes came out to a reasonable price and we were able to save these for our next meal or two. The staff were really nice, genuine, and welcoming. They constantly checked up on us in terms of food and drinks even though the restaurant was packed. The restaurant was not heavily decorated but the food and service made up for it 100xThis place is perfect for casual hangouts with family and friends!

First time at Fisher's Deli/Weiss Restaurant Deli Bakery under the new owners. Tom, one of the owners was constantly checking to ensure everyone had what the needed and also asked if they had any questions or recommendations. Great star! I got the Leo (lox, eggs, onion scrambled} and the others got a Turkey on rye and the last two both got Corned Beef on rye. Everyone was extremely happy with the food! On the way out I got two half sandwiches,Pastrami & Turkey, a knish to share and a loaf of rye bread. One of the other guys got a load of rye. We're heading back in a few days to pick up more rye bread and a few dozen bagels!

Vegas has some pretty good hidden gems and this one was just thank, thanks to my mother-in-law! I urge anyone that lives in Las Vegas or is just visiting that is looking for a place that serves up some superior comfort food with a side of warmth and hospitality, Weiss Restaurant Deli Bakery is a must-visit for sure! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric--lively chatter, the clinking of silverware, and a sense of community that was palpable. It felt like a neighborhood hub where both locals and visitors alike come together to enjoy great food and even better company.I ordered the Rueben with fries and pickles, (for a decent price) and let me tell you, it was nothing but comfort. The Rueben was stacked like Empire State Building with tender, flavorful corned beef, melted Swiss cheese, (no sauerkraut, because I don't like it), and mustard (because I subbed mustard for dressing), all sandwiched between perfectly toasted rye bread. It was hearty and satisfying, and those crispy fries that come fresh out the oil. All of this was accompanied by house made pickles that tasted crunchy, tangy, and just plain refreshingly crisp. To me what truly set this experience apart, though, was the atmosphere. I kind of regret taking it to go because inside some of the people were striking up friendly conversations with me while I was waiting for my order--sharing recommendations for other great dishes to try or simply enjoying a good laugh. ( I even had one elderly gentleman tell me a story about why he justified himself getting food from here today due to an angry driver honking his horn at him because he was driving too slow). It's rare to feel so welcomed at a restaurant, and the staff, with their genuine smiles and attentive service, only added to the charm of the place.Weiss is the perfect blend of delicious food, lively energy, and a sense of community that will leave you coming back for more. I just can't believe I've never heard of this place with all the times I have visited Las Vegas! I would definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly good wait staff and clean. A cute deli inside. It's just a simple place. I have been sick repeatedly with covid. The matzo ball soup is MAGIC. I'm not even kidding you. Better tha. Regular chicken soup. . I feel like when I am eating it, it's performing some magic spell to cure the cold. I've had the sandwiches and just everything is great.

Service, food, and vibes They have two different entrances for dine-in and takeout/ pickup. Everyone here from the chef to the ladies behind the counter is friendly and welcoming. Food is home made, and made fresh to order. The bagels are so yummy, not too doughy or too thin. Portion is perfect and filling. We will start coming here for our bagel fix!

By far the VERY best deli in Vegas! Hands down the quality of food is superior. I adore the customer service that I receive each visit. This deli has an amazing and extensive menu with many harder to find items. The ambiance is very cute and cozy! Parking is free and plentiful. If in the area please try this place, you won't regret it!

Today was our first time here after years of hearing about it, and it was definitely worthy of the glowing reviews! To start, the FOH staff was amazing! Everyone was warm and friendly, and quick to point out their favorites when we told them it was our first time. We settled on a Reuben for hubs and a combo corned beef/pastrami on challah for me. Everything was absolutely delicious! The portions are huge, so we both have enough for lunch tomorrow. We also got to meet the owners, who were kind enough to chat for a few minutes. When told it was my husband's birthday, they surprised him with a huge black and white cookie, which is his favorite. We could not have felt more welcome. Food is amazing, and service is top notch. We will definitely be regulars as we've moved to this side of town. We cannot wait to sample the breakfast menu.

Craving for some chicken noodle soup and brisket sandwich and I know where to go! Called in for pick up and there it was waiting for me. Went in the bakery/deli side of the shop for pick up. The restaurant side was buzzing during lunch hour. About 3 people were lined up for pick up. Couldn't wait to gobble up my sandwich and soup. It's a half a sandwich and soup on the menu. And even at half, the sandwich was more than enough for a hungry person. The brisket was so tender and juicy. Plus the cup of chicken noodle soup. Chucks of chicken and very flavorful broth. Weiss deli never disappoints.

We'd been eyeing Weiss' for a super long time and we finally made it in. We were excited and relieved we were able to make it in time before they closed. There are two doors for Weiss, one for picking up to go, and the other to sit down and enjoy your meal. Because it was closing time, we waited a couple of minutes to be seated, and there is a wall that does not allow you to be seen immediately by the hostess, so it wasn't too bad for us to wait- we were just grateful they allowed us to dine in. We were seated and the server asked for our drinks, which we opted for Coke Zero. Right off the bat our server came and wanted to know if we were ready, so it could be that Weiss has customers who come back and know what they want right away; or it could be that she was ready to get her end of day started which I understand. We opted for some French fries, The Dip sandwich with a side of potato salad, and a Reuben with a side of potato knish. The food was fresh, the knish was different and amazing. We were enamored by the flavor and the subtlety of how that tiny little cake was so good! The Reuben was tasty, fresh and homey. My dip was fresh- the jus was flavorful, it amped up my sandwich. Their breads of course, made in house- for my dip it was fluffy and crispy. My husband's Reuben was crisp, toasted and light all at once. The potato salad was great, however for me, it was a bit too mushy. The flavor was very simple but light and great. The potato knish, I loved! I know next time to try it with their mustard, not that it needed it, but it'll be interesting! Also, I'm not sure if the Dip has an option of cheese, which had I known I would have asked for some on my sandwich. The food is stacked so high that we took our halves for dinner. The fries were hot and fresh, but nothing crazy special. We decided we'll be back to Weiss' to try their matzoh ball soup, and other item menus that might be a bit different than what we're used to. Now, to some the prices might seem a bit high for their items, but since they make most of their breads in house, their plates are served in huge portions, and the diner's home made food quality is their style, to me it is absolutely worth the price you pay. We might also have to check them out for breakfast one day! If you're looking for good, family style diner with huge portions and enough for leftovers, Weiss should be on your visit list! If you're looking for something different, come give Weiss a try! You won't regret it.
