Fideua is an incredible hidden gem in Las Vegas. If you consider yourself a foodie, I highly recommend that you make time for this place.It's a bit off the Strip and it feels as if you have a private team of chefs preparing your meal. First, make a reservation online. Then, the day before, give them a call to place your order, as much of the menu is only available if you preorder.With the logistics out of the way, prepare to be amazed! The husband and wife team, working along with another cook, will bring out plate after plate of delicious Spanish dishes, each accompanied by the friendliest of attitudes.My favorite dish was the paella negra, a deeply flavorful seafood and squid ink paella. Pro tip: mix each bite with some of the aioli they bring for an extra boost of flavor. But really, everything was quite good. The squid and potato dish and the Spanish omelet are champion contenders themselves. Spread a little aioli on bread and top with omelet for a decadent treat.You should definitely try a few of the tapas as well; the pan con tomate with ham was divine. We meant to share a couple but ended up ordering all of them somehow, with absolutely no regrets. You can put some aioli (do you detect a theme?) on each to elevate your experience even more.For dessert, do your best to make room for the almond cake, served with berries and ice cream. The Basque cheesecake will also knock your socks off, should they still be clinging on by this point of the meal.I could go on, but you get the point. Make a reservation in advance. Call the day before and order anything and everything. Get what I recommend, or better yet, get what they recommend. And come thank me afterwards.

Our family is hosting an exchange student from Spain and wanted to treat her to a Spanish meal for her 16th birthday. We decided to try Fideua after seeing the great reviews, crossed our fingers and hoped it would be authentic enough for our Spanish kiddo. I'm so glad we found this place. The restaurant location is tucked in a small center. The restaurant is cozy, inviting, has a great ambiance, tastefully decorated with so much thought and detail. The owners Farman and Barbara are friendly , inviting, and they cook everything from scratch. Their culinary passion breaks through in every bite and carefully dished plate. The flavors and presentation are perfection! This is not just a restaurant where you go to grab a quick meal- --This is an experience. We came on a Thursday and it was so nice to slow down the pace of our crazy busy lives, we chatted, enjoyed appetizers, exchanged stories and celebrated. Thank you for making Hannah's birthday special - a little taste of home, fun birthday songs, extra special birthday treats. This honestly felt more like going to families house for dinner than anything else. We will definitely be back to try more dishes! I saw another review mentioning if it's necessary to pre-order. The restaurant has a "walk in menu" with a good selection of dishes. The owners take pride in cooking fresh homemade meals and their seafood is fresh and high quality. We learned that the ox-tail takes about 5 hours to cook so I understand the reasoning behind it now. Looking forward to sea bass and oxtail next time! Highly recommend this anyone, locals and visitors!

My dad and I came here tonight because we've been wanting to try it for a while and we were overwhelmed with hospitality and really good food. Fideua is a small family owned hole in the wall by the sweetest couple who were so welcoming and gave us an overview of how their menu works. We were walkins today so the menu had a variety of paella and fideua along with some really good appetizers. We tried the squid ink seafood paella and the chicken and seafood fideua. We were blown away by the fresh and flavorful dishes presented to us. If you call 24 hours in advance, they will prepare a wide variety of authentic Spanish cuisine for you such as branzino, rock fish and more. We will definitely be back to try that later. I would highly recommend trying this place, you will be ecstatic you did.

What an experience! I am hesitant to write a review since I think this spot benefits from being tucked away from the strip, but I think they will appreciate a rating.What to know:- make reservations 48hr ahead- preorder menu for reservations, need to call 24hr ahead- large shared parking lot- real good food. 50-80 $/pax- no liquor license (yet - they are a new restaurant and expect their license by March 2025)Food highlights: (everything was ordered in advance, not sure if thats completely necessary)- Squid con patatas: fresh and tender baby squid, cooked the best I have had. Potato was very yum and soft. Mixed with onion and parsley- Pan con salmon: bread with salmon and mustard sauce (tapa). One order is one piece only. Salmon was broken into chunks, not overcooked. Mustard sauce with dill was nice.- Almond cake: delicious cake served with ice cream (not your average haagen dazs) and berries- Pan con tomate (added ham): tomato flavor is light and refined. I don't like the artificialness of canned tomato products and thought these tasted great. We added spanish ham (we were told from Serrano) which I thought was worth the extra cost. Very flavorful and cut in-houseOnly the mussels I thought were under the bar set by the other dishes. Everything else was near perfect. The owners are a couple who run the whole operation, from taking your order to making your dessert. They are great to chat with as well. Excellent service and atmosphere.

My husband picked out this restaurant. He knows that Paella would be a win for dinner. Our family loves Paella. It was authentic & delicious. My dad would be happy we are having it for dinner. Ambiance was great. Service was terrific. It's a hidden gem. We are glad my husband picked this restaurant while we are visiting Las Vegas. Thank you to the Chef!

Intimate authentic Spanish/tapas joint in Vegas! Reminded me of the best Fideua I had in Valencia. The husband/wife chefs are amazing and super kind/accommodating as they prepare a unique and private experience tailored to your preference. I ordered the croquettes and vegetarian fideua made with coconut milk, chickpeas, veggies and lemongrass. Will definitely be back!

This place is too good to be real!! The chef and his wife run the restaurant. They are both well considerate! The vibe in the restaurant is comfy and chill. Besides the service, the food is also SUPER GOOD!! The cheesecake is made by the chef's wife -- SUPER GOOD! Our party enjoyed every dish and we will definitely go back!! Seriously, all we want to do after the meal is to write a good review.
