Ken and Kayla have been a pleasure to work with. Kayla's customer service and communication skills are A+. I have been working with her for weeks now because our master bathroom remodel project turned into a nightmare due to the contractor we decided to go with. Ken helped us pick the right shower set and faucets for the project, and assisted later when the plumber had questions. Kayla coordinated with Delta when it turned out that set screws were missing (plus the contractor lost some), and made sure I received additional items from Delta to complete the project. We did a complete remodel of our house including three bathrooms and our kitchen. We had visited some larger stores that handled more than kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures but were never overly impressed. Faucets Galore was recommended to us by the cabinet maker we had selected. We dropped by Faucets Galore and were informed we needed to schedule an appointment. We were able to look at all of the products and catalogs they had, which were numerous. We scheduled an appointment and came back and worked with Ken, the owner. He was amazing! His knowledge of plumbing fixtures and his ability to ask questions to better understand what we were looking for was exceptional. He continually gave us excellent advice. He also has a really good sense of humor, and quickly picked up on how my wife and I are always making fun of each other. The bottom line was shopping at Faucets Galore was fun and easy! Once we purchased all of our fixtures, including a gorgeous large stone tub, we worked with Kayla in getting everything ordered. Kayla was very professional. So many times it seems like after you've paid for products, everything then goes bad. Not so with Kayla. We had to call her many times to get specifics, dimensions, or other info about our multitude of purchases. Instead of getting a response of "I'll have to get back to you," Kayla would say "hang on a minute and let me guy you an answer". She helped make our remodel less stressful.Faucets Galore was a very good shopping experience for us, before and after our purchases, thanks to Ken and Kayla.

What terrible customer service!!! Although you need to make an appointment to discuss ANYTHING, can't even ask a question because if the" staff " is with a customer, they won't even acknowledge you. They won't condescend to say, "I'll be right with you. Do you have an appointment?" NOTHING!! Lots of options out there other than Faucets Galore.

My pictures don't do justice to the merchandise, nor does it fully describe how grateful I am for Faucets Galore's reps. After endless online window-shopping, and hating what I saw at Home Depot or Lowe's, Yelp did right by me in showing me top hits for bathroom hardware. Bonus: I got to set appointments online through the establishment's website for a consultation (and order pickups). From the start, I was amazed by the friendly and honest customer service provided by Ken. He went right to asking me what we needed and wanted (e.g., style and budget). When our preferences were out-of-budget, he was totally tactful in showing me comparable merchandise. LOL. I also appreciated how he threw around the principle of having matching trims for the tub and showers. I think my husband appreciated how Ken was able to steer me towards a tub filler that wasn't freestanding 'cause those were generally over $1,000. He was good to throw down some wisdom at me too, such as the recommendations in spacing out the tub filler's handles, and notes to make sure our plumbers installed the equipment correctly before sending me off every time I picked the orders up. Oh, goodness... I hope I remembered her name correctly. I think the other rep's name is Susie. She was always there to help Ken to processing my payment, and calling me when they received the orders. Susie was another friendly rep to make me feel better when I was annoyed with this whole bathroom repair.

I found it was very easy to make an appointment to see their showroom. Ken was excellent and to the point. Very much appreciated how he shared his knowledge and answered my questions. He also clarified how their products differ from the big box stores. While I was there another customer arrived who had purchased items for a previous project and was happily returning back there today to order for another project. Also they like to ground truth products, test them, and work with reputable companies that standby what they manufacture.

The worst customer service you will ever find. When you walk in, they treat you as an inconvenience! I waited for over half an hour then I was rudely told that I should have made an appointment. Didn't read that anywhere on there door or website that it was by appointment only. Ordered my plumbing fixtures, since I was there anyways. 5-10 days they would call to let me know when my order was in. I was never informed that my order ever arrived. After a couple weeks, I called them. "Sorry, someone should have called you" was my answer. Asked when I could pick up and was told anytime between 9-4, no appointment needed. Everything was paid for! Go to get my stuff and the same rude customer service I received trying to order was repeated!!! Don't pick this place to shop!!!!!! Guess they don't need our business.

We stopped in do pick some new fixtures for our soon to be remodeled bathroom. Ken was helping another customer so we had time to browse their wide variety of fixtures they had to offer. It was nice to see a variety not offered by the regular chain home improvement stores. I always like to have something different and they supply it! What we were looking for was not displayed but Ken had us look at some of the dealer books to find what we wanted. He was so helpful and friendly to deal with. After our choices were made, we gave him our email to send us exactly what we had picked out. As promised, in my email was the information and selections we made in the store. It was such a pleasure dealing with them and would recommend checking them out!

Great service and advice from Ken & Kayla. They are very knowledgeable about their products as well as manufacturer warranties. Saved me $$ by recommending replacing an item under warranty instead of purchasing new. I was able to afford to replace other fixtures due to their recommendation about the warranty on another fixture! Worth every penny!

Ken was our sales person and initially was knowledgeable and helpful. What we ordered was delayed and finally after multiple calls a better product was substituted at no additional cost. However, this delayed our renovation project by well over one month. When our licensed contractor experienced problems with the install I called Ken. He was insulting, condescending and rude and suggested our contractor was incompetent. He also was indignant commenting that he rush ordered our supplies and could not believe he incurred that cost and we were just now getting around to having them installed. I attempted to explain our contractor had other jobs that he was working on and when our supplies were delayed, our project had to be rescheduled. Ken dismissed my explanation.Bailey at Faucets Galore is helpful but because of our bad experience it is highly unlikely we would return to this store. If you do not experience delays or if no additional follow up is needed, the outcome probably would be different. But customer satisfaction after the purchase is what makes a store good and Ken definitely dropped the ball at Faucets Galore.
