Father Figure Grub Truck

WOW! Huge portions, fantastic prices and oh so delicious. The housemade Bourbon Bacon Jam is the best I've ever had. $13 for a huge hoagie and fries that I couldn't even finish and I have a huge appetite. Don't miss this place any time you see it.

I was on a bit of a food truck kick this summer, when I tried Father Figure Grub Truck - it was actually recommended to my by another food truck owner as a great spot to grab lunch. I love seeing how the food truck community support one another! But I digress.Service was friendly and asked if they could answer any questions while I browsed the menu - my husband and I wanted to share something and hit up another truck. I would personally have opted for their buffalo chicken sandwich, but he dislikes buffalo sauce so we compromised on The Butcher - an unlikely combination of steak with a red wine and grape jelly reduction, spicy Calabrian peppers, mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh basil. Everything somehow combined for a hefty sandwich that was meaty and cheesy, both sweet and spicy, and almost tasted a little bit different in every bite. It was definitely among the more unique sandwiches we've had.I still plan to try their Buffalo Soldier sandwich at some point (sans husband), or their stuffed corn dogs - find them on social media to figure out when and where they're setting up shop next!

the buffalo chicken sliders here are SO GOOD. i was mind blown when first trying them, i can't even remember what i thought about the fries since the god damn slider was just so good. i have craved these endlessly but no longer live to a place they frequent. i honestly dream about how good these sliders were.

Have tried this food truck two times now while it was parked outside khourys wine and spirits on S. Eastern Ave. Food was good, prices were decent, and the service very good for a food truck. The truck is very colorful on the exterior and noticeable when pulling into the lot, I believe it has a regular Sunday spot at Khourys but not sure where it travels at other times during the week. Will definitely try again in the future and recommend if in your area....

I just let bit my finger eating this so I guess you can say it's finger bitingly good. They were quick and the portion sizes are great. I was only able to eat one slider but the other one is going to be demolished when I get home. Would definitely recommend.

My husband had seen some good reviews of this truck on our local neighborhood page so when he saw they were back at Liquor World he jumped at the opportunity to go grab some food. I mean I actually came home from work & saw him driving past me - he rolled down his window and said "I'm going to get a corn dog!" and took off. The man was on a mission.Anyways, to my happy surprise, he came home with his corndog AND a cheesesteak. I took one look at the cheesesteak (which honestly was not even meant for me) and knew I had to dive in. Wowwweee was it TASTY. I was not expecting the siracha mayo but it was a happy happy surprise! I only meant to take a few bites but had a hard time stopping myself. I definitely will be having more of these in the future! Apologies to my husband for eating a big chunk of his sandwich.I didn't try the corndog but my husband's review after his first bite was: "Ohhhhh yeaaah!"

AMAZING FOOD!!! This place is truly like no other and their staff is exceptional! They are so kind and put effort into every plate they serve! We booked them for our open house event and they were extremely communicative and kind throughout the booking experience. Every single person who came to our open house was taken aback by how amazing the food was! We even had several people messaging us after the event to get FFGT information and it was gladly passed on! Everyone needs to experience this family-owned amazing local grub truck

Went to uncorked at Liquor World last night and am so thankful Father Figure Grub Truck was there!! We ordered the American sliders, Buffalo Soldier, bourbon jam sliders and fries. Words cannot describe how fresh delicious everything was! The portions were surprisingly big. Please come back and join the farmers markets food trucks!!

Best food truck I been to in awhile. As a previous food truck operator it was nice to see good service, bomb food and good prices again. Thanks Father Figure for feeding this father figure of five.

This Grub Truck is one of the best I've ever had. Service was phenomenal and the food was even better. If you see this Truck it is a must!
