So glad to have this food truck in town. It's tough to find a good falafel in Vegas. Most of them have a dry chickpea, but this is quite the opposite. Light, flavorful, and moist chickpea with plenty of hummus and veggies. Pita is so soft and delicious. The size is huge too - very filling. The owner is Israeli and very personable. If you are a falafel fan, then you need to check this one out postehaste!I am told he is open and in the parking lot at the Smiths from 11-7 M-F. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Wasn't really looking for falafel when at Smiths but I noticed the truck and had to try it... I'm a sucker for a good falafel. The pita was good, not particularly great or memorable. BUT... that falafel, holy cow, it's spectacular. I will go back there time and again just for that!

I went to Smiths to pick up some groceries and just happened to see the Falafel Vegas truck in the parking lot. I'm a huge fan of falafel and hadn't found anything locally that was on par with what I'd eaten in Tel Aviv. I ordered the half falafel sandwich and it tasted amazing. The falafel had the perfect texture you could taste the fresh herbs and spices. The tahini was thin like it's supposed to be. Everything was delicious and 100% on point. I would eat here every day if it were closer to me! My only regret is I didn't take any photos of the food, but I'll be back for sure. Prices are extremely reasonable and service was 10/10.
