The service at this venue exceeded all expectations. Let me start off with saying that I viewed several venues in the Las Vegas valley. Most of those venues were quinceanera venues, I even viewed a golf course . I either didn't like the location of the venue or how outdated some venues were , how pushy the sales representative was or the lack of wanting to help me and answer my questions . But from my very first encounter with this venue, I had a pleasant experience they were not pushy. They were not trying to upsell me. They were not trying to convince me. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and they were always there to answer any questions and willing to help me make my daughters dreams come true. I didn't sign the contract the first day because I wanted to keep my options open, and I continued to view other venues . They didn't call me. They didn't pester me. They didn't bother me like other venues did . however, the customer service that I received at Factory Of Dreams was beyond any service I have ever received at any other location. if I had to compare the customer service i would describe it as a Ritz Carlton, five diamond stay . I was able to text them at any time of the day and they would respond. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and always welcomed me and answered my questions with a smile . that's the reason why I chose this location, besides the fact that the location is safe and the venue inside is beautiful.The day of the actual event, I was not expecting for the servers to serve each table. I was expecting to get up, get my food and get my own drinks at the bar. However, each table had a server assigned to them. the servers would bring drinks shot or anything we requested. And let me tell you my family can drink everyone walked out of there, drunk! Thank you Factory Of Dreams for providing me with the best customer service and making my daughters day that much more special and my day stress free . I highly recommend you to check them out

10+ STARS!!!!!!!!PERFECT is honestly an absolute UNDERSTATEMENT!!! BEYOND PERFECT IS WHAT OUR BIG DAY WAS!!My wife and I are not from Nevada and we had chosen to do a destination wedding.However with our jobs being very demanding (and I mean 10+ hour days - 5 days a week), we weren't able to to do any food or cake tastings nor were we able to see any venues prior to our big day.Factory of Dreams was our pick in doing our reception, and there is absolutely NO WAY TO GO WRONG WITH THEM!!Noe, David and their staff are absolutely so awesome!!From the decorations, to the yummy yummy food to the phenomenal DJ it was BEYOND anything we could've ever expected, and more than we could've ever wished for. There is a REASON WHY THEYRE CALLED FACTORY OF DREAMS!! And it's because they make dreams come to life!!Thank you so so much Factory or Dreams for making our wedding so memorable and so perfect! You all are forever engraved in our hearts and whenever we need a big party in Vegas again, you will be our first call!!

I had my daughter's quinceañera there a few weeks ago and I'm very pleased with the stuff. I didn't have to worry about anything the staff took care of everything. I recommend this hall 100% loved how all of our guest were treated so kindly. can't thank them enough.

If I could give this venue 10 stars, I would. I chose this venue for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday celebration, and it's safe to say that she loved this unforgettable night. My family and the guests all loved how gorgeous the place was! We all had a blast on my daughter's Sweet 16! The staff and coordinators were so kind and affable, and the venue was so breathtakingly beautiful. We coordinated with David and Susana about the whole party. David introduced and showed us around the whole venue, while Susana coordinated and communicated with us about the theme, centerpieces, linens, decorations, program, etc. My daughter wanted a "Night in Paris" themed birthday party with colors of pink, white, and rose gold. Factory of Dreams had the perfect Eiffel Tower centerpieces and gorgeous linens to match the color scheme. We coordinated all of this with Susana. Both Susana and David were so friendly and easy to talk to, communication was never a problem with them. The food tasting with Irma and Otto was delicious, we tried many impeccable dishes but we ended with the chicken piccata and lemon caper sauce, roasted beef with grilled onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and spinach salad with strawberries walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette. Irma and Otto made us feel so welcomed with their delicious dishes. They were so kind and helpful in helping us choose which dishes were best. Although all of the dishes were so exquisite, we were overjoyed with our selection. The cake by Caked Las Vegas was also delicious, which was included on the package. Our bartender and alcohol supplier, Noe, was also very kind and easy to talk to. He was easy to reach out and communicate with. Not only did he supply us with drinks, but he also supplied us with good laughs. DJ Fernando who was also our MC was easy to contact and he chose the best hype and upbeat songs to get everyone off their feet. Factory of Dreams really treats all their clients like family. All of the waiters and the rest of the staff members at Factory of Dreams were so helpful and went above and beyond, truly made my daughter's party an unforgettable and beautiful memory. Thank you Factory of Dreams for making my daughter's night so special.

Factory of Dreams Hall is a beautiful venue for a celebration, especially a Sweet 16 birthday. I was overwhelmed upon entering the building with how everything is set up, the entryway, the lighting, the dance floor, truly I could go on and on about the beauty of this place! I was pleasantly surprised to find it to be such a great price after the tour on my first visit. They cover it all! Decor, food and servers, centerpieces, a DJ, even security! I really was sold right away. They have many different color options depending on your needs. They also allow you to bring your own food if you have a certain dish you must have like we did. There are bar options available depending on your events needs. And what I really enjoyed was the fact that Noe and Irma were there every step of the way for me. From questions, to last minute changes, they handled it with ease. I was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. We had about 125 people at our party, but I think the venue holds up to 250-300. They really allow you to have everything the way you want it, and that was one of my favorite parts of this venue. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 would be one major thing and one minor thing. The DJ being the the bigger disappointment. I felt like he didn't really try to learn our needs the way the rest of the staff did. He cut off one of my daughters dance songs early, and played one of the most cheesiest Happy Birthday tunes I'd ever heard. It was similar to something you'd hear at a Chucky Cheese style place. Also, we warned him that after we sing happy bday in English we'd follow in Spanish and he didn't pause for that at all. I'd also have liked my daughter's accompanying court to have been introduced. I feel like if he spent a few minutes getting to know our needs, this would have been a 5 Star review. The other minor complaint was the food was pretty bland. Being the foodie I am, I expected a bit more and I was just not overly impressed. The salad and fajitas were the best part of the numerous options we received. However, overall, it wasn't bad, and I had many compliments on it- so this could just be me being a bit picky. When it comes down to it, my daughters birthday was a blast and I was highly impressed by the majority of the staff and everything the night offered. Also, the cake was delicious and the candy bar was so cute. They really aim to please here. I'd return and do it all over again. Thank you to everyone at Factory of Dreams!

This venue runs a great team, they are absolutely amazing. We only had a problem with the party bus schedule but they quickly handled it. One more issue I will point out but in our case everything was fine was that the security never showed up. Luckily we didn't have any one going crazy or fights because my guest were all mostly family. Other then that everything was perfect and they are very attentive to you and the needs. Absolutely love this venue! They were so accommodating for our short planned Quinceañera! My sisters Quinceañera in September 2021 turned out beautiful, and everyone ran exactly as planned. The coordination was perfect, and we were given enough time to practice and visit the venue, along with taking photos at the venue before the big day. They helped us with payments so much and the constant changes in our guest number. Overall, they did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed a venue. Thank you!

This venue was amazing for my graduation party. David and the DJ, Fernando, were extremely helpful. They were always available to answer the million questions that I had. The food was delicious. We had it buffet style which was nice so that people could serve themselves more as they needed. The music was awesome. I provided them a list of songs I wanted and Fernando added on songs that kept everyone moving and having a great time. The decor was also very beautiful. Every single person that attended was impressed with the location. It looked very elegant which I liked. There was also a changing room where I was able to keep all of my belongings and a game room for the kids to play if they got bored of the dance floor. The party was from 6 pm to 12 am and I wished it would have been longer. I 1000% recommend this venue and would definitely book it again.

Factory of Dreams was so great! The staff was so attentive and friendly with all of my guest and myself during our wedding party. Even my guests told me the next day how amazing the staff was and how delicious the food was. David is such a pleasure to work with. We had no issues throughout the planning process. I would absolutely recommend this venue and would throw another party here without hesitation!
