Express Pizza

My husband and I purchased a Groupon for Express Kitchen which happens to be tucked away inside of the Bounty Hunter Bar off of Windmill in Las Vegas.We selected the lasagna meal for two. It includes garlic cheese bread, green tossed salad, lasagna and he included two sodas because we waited awhile for our meal. If we go again it will be ordered for pickup as the seating they have is in the bar area which when we were there was filled with rowdy people including two profanity laden, boisterous me that was a huge turn off to my husband and I. I understand it's a bar, but I if you're going to have a restaurant inside it, do renovations and have a separate dining area that contained and quiet from the bar.My husband enjoyed his lasagna and he is particular about his lasagna. Myself? I didn't think much of it nor the atmosphere. Diner beware!

Ordered through Slice, app says it's out for delivery, but half an hour after it's still not here. I called Slice and they said they kept trying to call the restaurant and no one answers. They tell me that they are only an ordering service, and the drivers are from the restaurant. I call the restaurant and see that it says they close at midnight. I speak to a guy who tells me he doesn't know who picked up the order but he can't track it. I tell him I obviously need a refund because now it's just too late, and he says OK and hangs up on me. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to follow up with my bank to make sure they processed this refund.

We were long time customers of the prior Express Pizza under different management. Apparently new owners who also do Tacos and More Dec. 2023. We ordered the Family special (over $50 total) large pizza, half dozen chicken wings, 12 chicken fingers. The pizza cheese and crust was all white, half way undercooked. A slice would tear in half when you tried to pull it. The wings are fried whole with the tip, flat and drumstick all together. I have never seen that from any restaurant before for buffalo wings and they were undercooked with nasty pinkish at the joints. The chicken fingers were ground chicken like big chicken nuggets, like a mealy taste. So very disappointed. Will not order ever again from this restaurant and would not recommend it anyone.

Not what it use to be. Customer service was good but the quality of the food was not even close to what it use to be. Completely different now sadly.

My mistake for ordering Fish from a pizza joint. Ordered 2 fish and chips, onion rings and calamari. I got fish sticks, no fries and no calamari. See picture

So we ordered pizza and wings, the wings were under cooked and the pizza was only cooked halfway through.. had put it in the oven when I got it home.. left a bad review on the square app after they sent me a questionnaire. Someone claiming to be the owner responded back to me and offered a refund my purchase price or double store credit, I texted them back the number they gave me and also responded to the email.. it has been 11 days. If you're not going to back up your offer-- why did you bother wasting my time???So all I can say is go somewhere else.Undercooked pizza AND wingsI was informed that the store had a new owner-so much for newer is better,

Literally three hours to get the worst "pizza" I ever had in my life. No exaggeration. The "cheese" was fake, the "meatballs" were fake and the undercooked "dough" was disgusting. I usually don't write reviews, but I downloaded Yelp to write this, in hopes to help someone from extreme disappointment. If I could leave no stars, I would.

I had seen flyers for this place many times and decided to give it a shot. I ordered a Pizza, wings and chili fries. The pizza was probably the worse pizza I've ever had. You are better off buying a frozen DiGiorno and baking it yourself because that's exactly what it looked like the moment I opened the box. I simply couldn't believe my eyes. I've attached a picture of half (the other half went in the oven because to make matters worse it was cold). I ate one slice, my wife ate half of one slice and my kids didn't even touch it. I ordered the wings mild, they came plain and when I say plain it was plain straight from freezer to fryer to box. They were disgusting I only ate one the rest of the crew didn't touch it. The fries were not as gross but still not even halfway decent. If you're gonna buy pizza and wings there's a place within walking distance of this place that is in a different realm in terms of food quality.

Don't know if the foods good. They had someone "DELIVER" a menu to our doorstep. Went to place an order for "DELIVERY" because it states in big bold lettering on the front of their menu "DELIVERED" to our doorstep "WE DELIVER". False advertising because they don't "DELIVER" SMH

Ordered from this place multiple times online and every time they've managed to screw something up. Their baked ziti is just a penne pasta with premade watered down pasta sauce. Better off ordering from a big pizza chain cause they will never screw up as bad as these guys. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING ELSE!
