Chef Dennis and his team just did an amazing event for our nonprofit, Community Cat Angels. From the initial planning stages to the clean up after the event everything was better than I dreamed! Not only was the food superior, it was prepared with such flair. The chef was professional yet personable with all our guests. His team was spot on and gracious whenever we asked for assistance or to accommodate a special request. We can't say enough about how pleased we were with his services. No hesitation to use Chef Dennis again in the future.

Dennis and his team are INCREDIBLE. We hired them for a small gathering at home. The food was delicious , the service was impeccable, the presentation was exquisite, we appreciate the attention to details and food menu creativity.. Wow!! I had Exclusive Chef's cater my sons graduation part last night and they did an excellent job. The food was outstanding, there presentation was over the top and the crew was very professional. I couldn't have been more happy with there service. They also clean everything up. My kitchen was cleaner when they left then it was when they got there to start cooking. I will never use another caterer!

This team was really top-notch. Very professional, cleaned up everything and created a memorable time for the family Thanksgiving holiday. Food was awesome and presentation was impeccable. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We Hired Dennis and his team to do the Catering for our wedding on 2nd September 2015. To say that everything was "on Point" is an understatement, it was truly fantastic! Food was amazing, Himself and his team were friendly and professional. We are from the UK and to book a Caterer overseas requires a lot of trust. We found this in Dennis and rightly so! Exclusive chefs were amazing! The menu is one of the best I've had. We ordered hors d'oeuvres, welcome drink, appetizers, entrees and dessert. The plated meal presentation and American fusion flavors were great -- subtle and refined. Able to accommodate food restrictions, even with a gluten free saffron lemon cake. Highly recommend this gem. Request Chef Dennis and his team!

What an exquisite experience! Thank you Chef Dennis and Chef Wendy for an unforgettable anniversary dinner. We can't believe the amazing quality and detail of courses we had. This group does the most fantastic job. We will continue to use them for every event we have. Their team is so personable, they leave the place spotless and the food is so amazing. If you want a great event then hire these guys.

Chef Dennis and his team helped to make our non-profit event a huge success. The appetizers were unique and delicious, and the pasta bar allowed custom dishes. They were very professional but also personable, like having friends at our event. Chef Dennis even donated a raffle gift. He was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend Chef Dennis and his team to take care of the cooking at your next event.

Exclusive Chefs are absolutely fabulous and the complete package deal! While I've worked with EC for big, privately catered events, I've also hired them to cook a gourmet meal for my family in the comfort of my own 1600 sq ft home! The menu was customized to our family. Food was to die for. Elevated presentation. Chefs were quick to respond when arranging the day to arrival/setup. They were friendly, cleaned throughout the evening and even HAND washed my dishes before leaving so I had an empty dishwasher! Exclusive Chefs always impresses and I will continue to use them.
