Stayed in this hotel and have to try their pool amenities. It's clean and well maintain. I used the white chairs (free). You can ask for unlimited pool towels. Room towels not allowed. It's only 3.5 ft deep. It's good for the kids. There's a bar beside that you can order your drinks and food via by phone (they will deliver to your chair).

What a nice view this pool offers! The pool itself is pretty nice but honestly I was expecting more. Some of the pools were closed which made it pretty small. Also there was only 1 waitress taking orders and she never came over to us. We had to go to the bar to order drinks. The water slide was hilarious, it was so slow and small. People kept getting stuck because of how slow it was. Overall there's better pools in the area, this one isn't worth it unless you are staying here.

I went on Monday labor day weekend (actual labor day) in the afternoon, around 2pm, and had no problem finding lounge chairs at no cost... lots of empty lounge chairs available poolside where you can scan a QR code and get drinks served to you.The pools are near the Resort Tower... you just need your key card to enter, and they give you as many towels as you want. All 4 pools were open (September 2021), and it wasn't crowded at all. The pools are simple, and I think one is just for adults. One of the pools has a slide and waterfalls, though it's probably funner for kids.No this is not as fancy as Mandalay Bay, but you don't have to pay the high hotel cost either. At least Excalibur has some decent pools to cool off in Vegas' 100+ degree weather most of the year.

Located outside of the Resort Tower, you can enter the pools using your keycard at the stand with the security person. There are plenty of towels to use in various shades of orange. No outside food or drink, with a poolside bar and grill that is obviously more expensive than food inside/at the food court, so eat before you come in. Drink option - $35 large a cup with a straw that can be refilled throughout your stay for $30. There is a bigger pool on the other side of the little "mountain" thing with a slide, a smaller pool with a big shallow lay area and steps that people seem to chill on with a hot tub, and another pool that is about 3 1/2 feet throughout most of it. When we got there midday Friday, August 12th to find only part of one of the pools was open, and the slide/other pools were closed. It's an alrighty pool, especially easy if you are in the Resort Tower so can walk downstairs/see it from the room. Wish more of it was open.

All the pools were packed. No lounge chairs available. The adult 18+ pool; reservations are required. $95 and up. We found out later after being asked to leave. Reservations are at the towel tent. Towels are just on the tables not even folded or rolled up. Not enough staff to manage the amount of people. No water bottles allowed it will be confiscated by security.

We rented an Adult only pool cabana on a Friday. over all a 3 starpool=4; it was a nice cold pool on a hot day. It was clean and appeared well maintained. The hot tub was very warm and jetted well.service=2; The attendant was overworked. It appeared she not only had us but various cabanas in the main pool area. This short manning ended up causing a massive delay in service. We would wait nearly 30 mins for just about all requests. The one time my wife went to the bar to get her own drink (not wanting to wait 30 mins) the bartenders gave my wife pushback about having the attendant do it. Very unprofessional. food and drinks=4; Essentially bar food but even with a long delay, still delivered warm and crisp (food) or cold and fresh (drinks).

We rented a cabana September 14th and were completely happy with our experience. The vibe was awesome. The service was good. The DJ was super fun. It was awesome - we will def do it again, if we stay here.

My review is more focused on the cabana rentals. The pools are good, we're actually quite cold this weekend but, dealable. What my disappointment stems from was the cabana rental. First off, the price is $200 but you are also required to buy a $200 food and beverage package. So it's actually $400. An 18% tip and tax are added on after that. I'm happy to tip of course but it seemed that servers were few and far between and frankly I could've got my own drinks much quicker. There isn't much desire to hustle as there tio was already set. Another bummer was that it appeared the cabanas are not cleaned or ready to go each day. The fridge (that wasn't in working condition as advertised) was dirty and not stocked. Furniture was unorderly and it just felt dirty. The Sun chairs are nice and comfy, and the second cabana had a working fan, but we declined the first offer bc the fan was not working. The fan was a big plus for us. I guess it was good, but not quite the experience I was hoping for. FYI.
