Estiatorio Milos in Las Vegas is a seafood lover's paradise! We started with the ceviche and octopus - both were absolutely amazing. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the octopus was perfectly tender. Before the main course, we were served bread with olive oil and fresh oregano. It was simple yet incredible - the olive oil was rich and flavorful, and the oregano added a perfect aromatic touch. For the main course, we had the grilled Porgy fish with vegetables and potatoes. It was to die for! The fish was cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance made for a delightful dining experience. This place is a gem, and we'll definitely be coming back!

A new favorite. The service was on par with any of the top steak houses in Vegas and was perfect. The setting is beautiful and open with plenty of room from one table to the next. And, the food was amazing. For the appetizer you have to try the octopus that's grilled and lightly covered in olive oil. For dinner they explain all the different options of fish, table side or at the "market" where you pick your fish and tell them how to prepare it, once prepared they do the final prep at your table and serve it. For date night with a wine and cocktail, the octopus, whole Red Snapper and the tomato salad we paid $285 without the tip. I cannot rave enough about this restaurant and put it in a class with Carbone at Aria and The famous Golden Steer, the question is only do you want Italian, Steak or Greek:) enjoy!

I have gone here for 2 birthdays and Milo's is always spot on delicious! The service the staff provides is second to none and it's just a beautiful restaurant.Appetizers I highly recommend are the calamari, grilled octopus, and of course oysters. The raspberry oil for the oysters is just mouth watering good! Anytime you're in Vegas for a special occasion have this place on your radar.

I had heard this place served a good swordfish so, I popped in to give it a try. I started with the grilled octopus and the fried calamari, which was fantastic. The octopus was some of the best I've had. It was cooked perfectly and doused in a light vinegar & lemon sauce, which only amplified its already bold flavor. The calamari was lightly breaded and not overly cooked. It wasn't greasy or oily and required only a squeeze of lemon. The swordfish was excellent and much better than I had anticipated. It was surprisingly moist unlike others I've had, which have been a bit dry. The fish was so moist I was able to cut it using only my fork. The fresh fish display was a nice visuals for customers to see and for the restaurant to showcase the freshness of their seafood. My server did an awesome job explaining the menu while suggesting some of his favorites. This is definitely a place worth visiting if you're a lover of swordfish, seafood and other similar type dishes.

To start, this place is really more of a 3.75 star in regards to food, but their service does make up for the quarter extra, making this a 4-star location. I came here with a group and we were curious to try this place out. The restaurant is very nice, feels like you're at Cape Cod or something...very ocean-y, at the Hamptons kind of feeling. Our group was seated close to the kitchen area, so the wait staff and things kind of stood around next to our table a lot of the times. It's funny because the restaurant wasn't in particular that busy while we were dining there around lunch hour. But, the service was good. They filled our water glasses and was attentive when it came to taking away our plates. Their Prix Fixe menu is probably the way to go. It's the best bang for your buck, though it's not really that of greatest value for what you get. $45 plus whatever else you order here. We tried some oysters, I had their salmon plate and the salmon was done nice. Even though the experience here was good, I'm afraid I don't see myself returning for another dining experience unfortuntately.

We stop by for a late lunch and decided to try the prix fixe lunch menu for $45. It comes with one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert. It's the best priced option since most of the main entrees on the menu cost $30 and up. I didn't like how many of the options on the prix fixe menu were an additional charge even for basic things such as baklava. The price can easily go up to $55 or more. I did appreciate the top notch customer service. Our server and wait staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Our drinks were always full and they came by at appropriate times to clean up before the next item. Although the service was great, the food was less inspiring. The hummus didn't taste fresh (almost like it was from a store bought container). There was one dip that was quite fishy and overwhelmed my taste buds. The olive oil for the complimentary bread tasted old and stale. The walnut cake was very dry and the ice cream on top had an odd taste and was gummy. The chicken and fries were decent and the best part of the meal. After spending over $75, not sure if this is a meal I'd want to return for.

Good service even though they were really busy. Food was excellent and the lobster pasta was the star of the show. Better product than 2 years ago for sure.

I was finally able to dine here, during CES 2025.Truly an amazing experience with top-notch ambiance, staff, food, wine, and desserts! The food was presented in an artful manner and the tastes were divine. I was particularly impressed by the Astakomakaronada (pasta with Lobster chunks - see picture), which was just perfect, on all levels!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Four of us sat at the bar and enjoyed wonderful cocktails and dinner. Casen, the Best Bartender Ever, created the Greek Martini, which must not be missed!! And Greek gentleman who helped us with our fish choice at the iced display area made a fantastic recommendation in the Barbounis which are beautiful little fish a bit bigger than sardines. You can't go wrong at this place!!
