ESCAPEability Escape Rooms

We absolutely loved this spot. Came here on a Saturday and had made reservations for 1:50 pm. They start by having you sign waivers which is given through a link that we received during the reservation. Everyone needs to sign. They then explained how everything works like the locks and what to do and look out for and use in the room. Then they showed us a video that showed us a story of what's happening. We did the Pompeii room and before we went in they gave us a little device that we can use to ask for hints if needed. There was 4 of us and we were able to complete the room. They gave us 60min to complete it and we completed it with about 10min to spare. All the puzzles were very interactive and made sense. The Pompeii room was listed as an easy room but it was a little difficult for us to figure out. We had 2 people who had never done an escape room before. We loved it and had such a fun time solving the puzzles and moving from room to room. Great spot and I'd definitely want to try more rooms next time.

I'm a big fan of puzzles and escape room so we decided to visit this area since it is on our side of town. If you happen to be on the West part of Vegas and are looking for an escape room, this is where you'd probably end up by default. Only reason why is because there aren't too many escape rooms that I know of on the West side.When we entered the place, we thought it was a pretty cool vibe with the neon type theme with all the UV lights of signatures on the wall. But we're here for the escape room games.I forgot what game we did but it was a below average escape room. The room uses low budget decor where the pieces of the puzzles are pretty obvious. There isn't much immersion but obviously we're mainly here for the puzzles. The puzzles were fairly simple, especially for someone who does escape rooms often.Overall, it was enjoyable for being one of the only escape rooms in the area. If you're looking to do a basic escape room on the West side, then this is your spot. If it's your first time, it may be a decent experience, but the immersion is always what makes me enjoy escape rooms.

1) Flimsy/amateurish production value; 2) Puzzles were all linear--had to solve one to get to the next, which meant with a large group, people standing around with little to do;3) All the puzzles seemed to culminate in... opening a combination lock. Lacked creativity. While the staff was nice, this was the poorest quality escape room either of our two groups have been to

SO MUCH FUN!!!The person at the counter was great! Extremely helpful and gave the hints in such a fun way. The best game master out there! Definitely come here for your next escape room!

I really liked this place, but the people I went with wasn't too smart lol overall I'd say go with someone who can actually think outside the box. The worker does help you though. Tried one of the hard ones and finally got through the room with 5 minutes left.

Got a great deal on Groupon and was able to get a same day appointment. It was the first time for most of our group and was challenging. There weren't any high tech gadgets like some escape companies, all padlocks but it was still fun. We didn't escape but got to the last lock. It was a great night as a family so that's the real win!

A decent escape room. The props are not the greatest but it's enough. I did the unknown part 1. It wasn't too hard since we beat it but it had some challenges. The locks worked well and it had some scary parts to it.The staff is also very nice and the cool writing on the wall is unique!

Found this escape room on Groupon. The voucher was only valid for The Unknown Part 1 room. We had no problem making the resevation online. We came in a little bit earlier than our appointment time, but as soon as the room was ready we're able to start. We played some retro arcade games while waiting in the lobby. Bathrooms are available.Experience: The Unknown Part 1 is labeled Medium difficulty. We're a party of 2 and only had done a couple of escape rooms in the past, but we're glad to have made it farther than expected, although still wasn't able to finish lol. One of the audio clues was just muffled really bad and we struggled to understand so we had to use a hint for it. For the most part, we managed to solve most of the codes, the supernatural monster got us at the end lol, so close!Service: Our guide was kind and patient when it comes to giving us hints lolParking: Plenty in the parking lot. There are reserved spots specifically for ESCAPEability.

I had a blast with a friends group of 7 in Pompeii. We got a Groupon last minute for some friends coming into town and the staff was great, the waiting room is chill, and we barely made it out in time with a hint. We are amateur escapists, each having only done one or two rooms each before, and found the difficulty appropriate. We plan to come back for cabin in the woods.

Our Game Master Tera was amazing!! So helpful and kind didn't make us feel bad for not getting things right. We did the Cabin In The Woods and she made it so much more fun!If we ever come back we want her as our game master!!
