Erbs Vegan Kitchen

This amazing place has some dam good amazing vegan bites! Saw them at the yelp elite event in Vegas.. and boy was it tasty! Cant wait to go and try other dishes!

ERBS Vegan Kitchen is my go to every time I go to first, Friday. Their Ruben sandwich is 1000/10, the cheese was so melty and delicious, I could eat this everyday.

Came across their tent at first Friday and omg this is so good! Vegan food in Vegas has been pretty lackluster but omg, ERBs is different!! The Mac and cheeze slapped and the Reuben was amazing!! If this is their street version i can't wait to try them again!!

Amazing vegan quesadillas. Had one a couple times along with Erbs lemonades from the farmers market and it's been a while since I last enjoyed one, I need to go back asap. The flavor is incredible!

Love this place! Got garlic parm cauliflower with Buffalo drizzled on top and philly cheese steak. Wasn't sure if I'd like the Reuben so she gave me a sample to try. So grateful for places like this!

So I didn't think to take a photo because I was too excited to get eating. I have eaten at Erbs at the Fresh 52 market at Sansone most sundays. My go to is Buffalo cauliflower. However, I haven't been disappointed by anything I've tried so far! The breakfast burrito is great and the fish less tacos were FANTASTIC! Service is always amazing and friendly which is just as important as the quality of the meal. Absolutely recommend stopping in at your nearest market when Erbs is there! Great food and Fantastic people!

I have been going here at the farmers market almost every Wednesday since she's been open. I love that most of the items are gluten free and she takes customers into consideration. My personal favorite is the Buffalo cauliflower bites and fries. Her fries are FRESH CUT!

Finally found a place I can have gluten-free vegan buffalo cauliflower. It is tasty & she even undercooked them so I could take them home to finish in oven. I will definitely be trying her food again when I go to the farmers markets. That berry drink looked yummy but waiting for warmer weather to enjoy a cold drink.
