I agree with the reviews. The front desk guys are so moody and rude! I've been going for the last few years. And the only way to be treated nice is to tip them before you walk in!! Then they may smile and be polite! But it's not guaranteed! I just wish they were nice. I don't know I know they don't have a staff handbook that teaches them how to be polite to their clientele or they just don't use the staff handbook. Maybe the owners of entourage can enlighten us all as to why they don't care enough to put some structure in place to make it a positive experience so people speak positively of this environment. I mean read the other reviews!! ‍

Just wanted to share my experience as a great one and not leave a review for a bad experience. I came to the spa for the fourth time and although in the past, the customer service was not the greatest but now I feel they turned it around. I wanna highlight the graveyard shift crew, including Antonio, Valentino and the other two guys that were there. you get what you give and although they seem like they have tough skin, they're all pretty cool. The place is clean and sanitized frequently but if you go in there with an attitude, you're gonna get it back. Come in feeling entitled and you're gonna leave pretty upset. Keep up the good work gentlemen and I'll be back real soon. Like in an hour or 2 lol.

The customer service from the guys at the front desk is horrible. They are so rude and unprofessional it will make you feel really uncomfortable at the whole check in process.

By far a pretty chill gym! Clean! Lots of rooms, and plenty of people there. Sadly, the pool wasn't open and there are a few rooms that a lot were confused on The customer service was fine at the gym. Nothing great but nothing too poorly. Will go again...and again though

Honestly the best b-house I've been to. I go there a lot and it's always fun. Some nights it's almost filled to capacity, some nights it's not too many people. Either way, the vibe is always great. There's always hot guys of all ages, races, and body types. It feels euphoric every time I'm there and to see everyone let loose and be free and receiving an abundance of pleasure is amazing. When you walk through those doors, all your problems seem to go away for a bit. Nothing else matters but the activities within those 4 walls. It's easy to get addicted to that place. The staff is great too.

If you are looking for a luxury spa experience, this isn't it. It's an old school gay bathhouse, kinda sleazy-- but that's part of the appeal. Everything is kind of worn, but it's quite clean. Only complaint -- for a place where people wear very little clothing, it's way too cold in the winter, especially for us locals who are used to summers with 110 degree temps!

Trans men are not welcome here. It was my first time at one of these places so I wanted some reassurance. After paying for a locker I asked the person at the window if they were trans friendly. The answer was a straight up "no" followed by a series of invasive questions. My identification literally says "male" and they had the audacity to tell me that "only males are welcome" and asked me if I'd "had the surgery". If they were educated at all on trans people they would know that those are incredibly inappropriate things to say. They insisted they weren't being transphobic, just following policy. BS. You have old dudes walking around with their micro peepees out but are worried about trans people making others uncomfortable? Please. Do you not realize there are bisexual and gay men who are attracted to trans men regardless of whether or not they've had bottom surgery?It was very disappointing rhetoric to hear from other members of the queer community. I wasn't making anyone there uncomfortable but they were making me VERY uncomfortable and singled out. They let me stay since I'd already paid but by that point they'd already killed the mood. Very gross behavior. I really hope y'all will re-evaluate how you handle these situations. For a place that's supposed to be sexually liberating, it feels the opposite. If you want to have a boring, formulaic (and smelly) sexual experience, this place is for you.

If there were a zero star rating they would get it. My partner and I just wanted to find a relaxing pool to swim in and we ubered half way across town to just be told, "pools closed" and then to have nerve to charge full price for entry? And no apologies for no pool. Flat out rude and obnoxious and should state on the website that the pool isn't open, from the looks of the reviews it hasn't been. Wish I had of checked the reviews, woulda saved me $40 in wasted uber rides. From the looks of the place and the rudeness of the staff, I'm sure this place won't be there much longer.

I was hesitant to go at first due to bad reviews i read here.But im glad i give entourage a try.This is my 1st bathhouse experience, all staffs were friendly, and the place definitely not dirty, i saw the staffs clean all the time. No drug user whatsoever.The place a bit old tho.
