So I didn't go to food truck instead I went to the food court inside the Mercado at Boulevard Mall. These are by far the best empanadas I've had in Vegas. Perfect crisp, and the flavor was on point! Will be coming regularly. Give them a try!

Closed 30 minutes early. This is a very common pet peeve in Las Vegas: businesses that aren't capable of sticking to their own posted hours. Disappointing, as it was a half hour drive to get here.

Tried this food truck a few times now and they are always consistently fantastic! They offer a number of different fillings in their empanadas but we usually stick to the beef and chicken. These are traditional Argentinian style empanadas so they are baked, not fried. The beef is a Piccadillo style mixture and is always juicy and flavorful. The chicken is a traditional Argentinian mix with black olives. They serve a hot sauce and a chimichurri sauce on the side. They also offer vegetarian variations.

We tried these empanadas last week. Our daughter's school did it as a fundraiser. We forgot to mention that but we definitely wanted to show support. We see their trucks everywhere. They are customers designed with beautiful art. We love the fact that the empanadas are Argentinian. We just love trying food of different cultures. We makeEmpanadas ourselves but very differently. The empanadas they make are baked not fried. There are custom flavors:BeefChicken stewMozzarella and oreganoHam & cheeseVeggieWe ate the first three. We liked them. The only thing is it was difficult to differentiate which were which bc they weren't labeled or packed separately. And there was nothing to eat it on. No plate or to go box. They were all out in a bag with very little napkins. The flavor was fair. Not overpowering. Very neutral seasoning. The fact that they were baked meant they were less fattening which was a plus. I like the salsas as well. One chimichurri and one red salsa. We love to support local. Please support your local food vendors and food trucks. They are locals who love this city and take time to make their food and share it with us. Also there was a different empanada for everyone. Would definitely suggest labeling or separating. And offering some type of to go plastic or styrofoam container. The inside of the empanada got a little messy and we had no way to contain it. We were on our way to work and it was a light snack. Not easy to eat in the car. Which was part of the reason it got a three star. But, They make everything to order so it takes time, it's fresh, and they were friendly.

I found this food truck while visiting a farmers market in Henderson. The empanadas were good and very flavorful. They were seasoned well and contained a variety of ingredients. They offer Chicken, Beef, Cheese & Veggie empanadas. I recommend the chicken and Beef empanadas. With that, I did find the dough to thick and the size of the empanada small.I've had other Argentinian empanadas in the past from various authentic establishments and found the dough to be much thinner and the empanadas a bit larger in size which, is what I prefer.

Chanced upon this food truck after my yoga class in Henderson. It was part of a farmers' market which is held every Sunday at the parking lot of a business center along St Rose Pkwy and past the 215 Fwy. No menu or board outside to choose from instead they're handing out flyers with about 4-5 savory empanadas and sweet ones as well. They were out of sweet ones that time. I ordered the beef, chicken stew and mozzarella with oregano. Waited about 15 minutes as it seemed like it was baked to order. It came in a brown bag along with 2 sauces. Love the taste! They were delicious. It would have been more convenient if it came in a box instead of a bag as it was a bit messy with the sauce and all. I wolfed down the 3 empanadas in no time and decided to get some more to take home. I ordered 2 beef, 2 chicken and 2 ham and cheese. A shame I got 4 chicken and 2 ham and cheese after waiting about 20 minutes. Oh well, they were good anyway. Will be back for more.

The worst empanadas I ever ate, and probably the more expensive ones. There is nothing Argentinian in this empanadas.

My friend Candace and I stumbled onto this place while running errands after a long day of working. We decided to stop because there was no line so we figured it would be quick. These were the best empanadas I've have. We both got chicken empanadas-two each. These were the juiciest and yummiest empanadas I've ever had. Very flavorful with the chimichurri sauce. The woman working the truck was so sweet as well and had excellent customer service. 10/10 experience
