So I have been going to this place since before they actually moved to this location. Back when they were grilling and serving burgers straight out of their house. They are a local Colombian family who are ambitious to bring Colombian street food to Las Vegas. Everyone is super nice including my guy Steven. Very cool guy and helpful. If you go make sure you let them know George Belalcazar sent you. I love this place and I'm a regular customer. Guetto (Ghetto in Spanish) Burger - super fire. Two patties, shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, garlic sauce and to make things better. You get a side of garlic sauce for the burger or fries as well as a Pineapple sauce that is to die for. Service - 9/10 Food - 10/10 Ambiance - 10/10 Total: 9.5 / 10

We arrived at the location right when they opened as a party of 16 but paying separately. We were the first ones there. It took them over 30 min. To give us our drinks. After 2 1/2 hours all but 2 orders were bought to our table when we noticed they were serving the other tables, we asked what happened with the rest of our food and the waitress claimed it was served. A few minutes later we were informed that one of the 2 missing items was not available. It was 3 hours by the time we left, not everyone received their food, we weren't offered other drinks and had to chase her to pay. The reason for the delay was that they ran out of propane, however we did notice some to go orders handed off while half of our party was still without food. It would have been appreciated if they were transparent about the lack of ingredients and propane early on that way we could have decided if we wanted to stay or come back another time. On a positive note the music was good and the burger had great flavor !! If they had more staff and better communication with customers we would definitely come back. It is a definite must try but I wouldn't go hungry, bring my own drink, and a little bit of patience.
