We come across El Jefe on TikTok and FINALLY had the chance to come try it out. We walked in with a great welcome in and he will be with us shortly while attending other customers. I HIGHLY recommend eating here. Food was not disappointing at all and Carlos kept the front , all tables, the salsa bar clean and full. Great CUSTOMER service. If you haven't tried it. I've been craving a Sonoran hot dog for a hot minute. I had some bomb ones in Arizona everyone I go to Mesa. When this places popped up on yelp search I knew this was a must try.Carlos at the counter was telling me the owner started in a food truck so no wonder why I couldn't find it before.I had to get a few different things because I was excited to finally have a place to go in Vegas. I feel like you will have to try this place for yourself and I'm having a hard time finding the words for how good it is here.

This was amazing. The guy behind the counter, I think Carlos, was great and explained a lot of the menu. Really helped to shed light on how things work. They have a killer salsa bar offering lots of options. Things like guacamole, Chipotle sauce and nacho cheese... all the thing you need for a hot dog, tacos or what have you. I got the Jefe dog... let me tell you. That was the absolute best dog I've had in a long time. We also got the jefe nachos. The meat was perfect and so good. This was truly the best "street style" food I've ever had. Price was great for what you got. Comparable to any boring run of the mill restaurant. Heck, it was actually a bit cheaper. Get here asap before the influencer blow this place up. This is truly a hidden gem in Las Vegas.

The place is by E.Trop and Pecos near Papparoti. My first time trying this place and they just opened 7 wks ago. The food is on point. Tried the salchipapas (fries topped with hotdogs, onions etc) big serving! Another best seller is their el jefe fries. They also serve street tacos and love the meat portions. I was plesantly surprised on the bacon wrapped peppers stuffed with cheese. Not too spicy and loved dipping it in the cilantro or chipotle dip. They have a good selection of toppings/salsa that u can use..and the hotdogs wow the toppings are so good and loaded! Do not skip the sushiritto and the dessert! Churros (filled with cajete) with ice cream. Perfect way to end the meal. I will be back

Im not really a hotdog person but once they said it was a turkey dog I was intrigued. I got the original dog with grilled onions and absolutely loved it. The cashier was extremely helpful with explaining the menu and answering all of our questions and helping with modifications. The place has a huge section for toppings and sides and enough seating for a small group. These are the upgraded drunk hotdogs you want after a night out haha. Will definitely be back when the craving hits.

I think I'm in love with Bacon wrapped hot dogs . Edgar took the time to explain the menu and I got excited just listening to him explain all the different menu items . There is a small amount of seating and it was very busy . Food was amazing and flavorful . Prices were low especially with the amount of food they give you. Well worth the drive over here and I will definitely be back to try other items .

Wow this place deserves 5 stars not only is the food good but they have daily specials the staff is friendly they have a family meal that consist of 4 combos for under 30$ and a variety of sauces and toppings I mean just look at the food I got a sushiritto and a torta both were amazing.

My family and I went for lunch and it wasn't busy. The food was delicious and it came out fast. If you've ever been to Roberto's Tacos, you get the same kind of vibe. The service was great and the employee at the register was very friendly and patient. I will definitely be back to try one of their hot dogs!!
