El Chac Mool Catering

I found the truck online and used them for a neighborhood event - they were right on time to set up, it was extremely easy to coordinate with them, they super responsive, and the food was great. Overall, the event was a success and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend to either try their food if you see them out there or to use the truck for any future catering / events.

amazing! Francisco and his crew really came through for me at an important event. I had short notice because another caterer canceled on me for my birthday. I called Fransisco Monday about catering for Saturday and bam! Done! The food was delicious ! Thank you sir!

The menudo had great flavor all around, perfectly cooked. The two workers were wonderful and kind.

If you're looking for bomb menudo....El Chac Mool has got it down!! Mouth watering honey comb menudo and not to mention their delicious carnitas, carne asada, and chicken tacos/burritos, ARE A MUST TRY!! The family is so welcoming...you always leave with a good vibe!!

This is exactly what I want from a taco truck. I want people who know/love/eat Mexican food to make me a taco. And I want it to be delicious. I don't want some white people revisiting tacos and giving me sweet potatoes and tofu. I want beef, I want chicken and I want carnitas (side note, the carnitas are bomb). And they're not too gimmicky. The only gimmick is: they serve menudo on Sunday mornings (that's not a gimmick that's what drunk people need!)If you see this truck around or by the boxing place, get some tacos, and if you can't decide, get pork. Because if you don't get it at the beginning they'll be out later (it's that good).

Great small business, ran by a husband and wife team! They are definitely worth a try!
