Einstein Bros. Bagels

I get it that at the airport you pay "airport prices" but this was an absolute embarrassment and I will *never* patronize this Einstein again.It now costs $10.29 for a cheese pizza bagel. More than 3.5x the price of a bagel by itself. This is what I got. It basically was a $7 to $8 upcharge for sauce that doesn't even cover the surface and the tiny, tiny amount of cheese on it. It's a no brainer that a "cheese pizza bagel" should have a reasonable amount of PIZZA SAUCE and CHEESE. Getting one of these has always been my "flying out of LAS" ritual. NEVER AGAIN.Nor will I ever get anything else from this location ever again. I don't even want to try this at another location. I had to board and didn't have time to demand they re-make it. But this should have never been served to me in the first place.145pm on 12/14/24. I don't think anyone should be fired for this, but I *do* think someone should have a nice long talk with them. At least the woman taking the order was friendly.

We were happy to see Einstein Bros. Bagels in this section of the airport we were waiting in. I hadn't wanted to get the "siren/mermaid/Melusine" coffee spot this day so this was a welcome choice.It was not the fault of Einstein Bros., but it was a real busy day and the line was intensely long. We happened to be very early for our flight and it was also delayed an hour, so we didn't mind waiting in the line. And although it was busy, the staff didn't look too stressed and the place looked fairly clean. When we finally did order, it seemed as if everything had gone correctly and there would not be an issue. The people working were busy, as mentioned, but not too stressed.Unfortunately, everything about our order was incorrect, so I'd suggest checking thoroughly before walking away. My bagel sandwich was super dry and hard to get through but it did it's job and I wasn't hungry for some hours afterwards.

I had some time before my connecting flight and was interested in a grab and go option rather than sit-down service. This location was near my gate so I got a breakfast sandwich. Food was okay but you're paying airport prices, which are always higher. At least it tied me over until my flight. I ate at a nearby counter and was good to go.

Worse run business I have ever seen. 6 people back there. 3 working and the other 3 not working and complaining. Would have been 1 star but food is ok. Einstein management needs to go in this one and clean house

The slowest bagel shop in the whole world. Typing this as I wait in line for the last 30 mins

You'll want to bring along your own cream cheese or order triple cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese is nowhere near as much as what you'd get at most other bagel locations. You'll get what amounts to a thin translucent spread across your bagel. I'm a customer of Einstein Bagels and I'm so used to a truly toasted bagel with a dolop of cream cheese. Yummy food, good customer service, always busy.. Pretty clean, had the farmhouse bagel- it was tasty for sure- will be back.

Quick bite before flying out. Tables needed cleaning but otherwise a good spot. A bit confusing as you enter the store - logistics not so great there. But bagel and coffee were good.

Love the spinach florentine bagel toasted with onion and chive cream cheese. Omg, it was so good, im craving another one just thinking about it!

This was the worst customer service I have experienced at an Einstein Bagel. Usually they are pretty good. The cashier couldn't muster a smile, a hello, a can I help you or anything close to that. Just a grimace and a frown at having to be there. That would have been bad enough but the bagel itself was stale and dried out. Will go out of my way next time I am in Vegas airport to find alternative place to eat
