This spot is close to home and work, workers seem stressed today? I stood in line with two other people behind be without acknowledgment until I ordered. No good morning, straight to how can I help you. I asked how she was and she muttered some kind of response. I only saw 3 orders waiting on the board and apparently do one waiting left without their food. Not the worst service but definitely not the best. It's too early for people to seem so unhappy so early in the morning (7am)

Should I have read the reviews like I normally do, prior to coming in? Yes. It would have helped me to make a proper decision on maybe skipping this location, but alas I was out and about and wanted something that was fairly simple to give my girls while we were running a few errands. I'm giving a star for the decent service I received over the phone from a gentleman who answered my questions about the dozen bagel box, he was friendly enough though the interaction felt a bit rushed, it was fine as I was already on my way there so I felt confident my order could be taken care of in store. Once we entered the store, there were people sitting in a few of the tables and two people in line ahead of me. The young man who I had spoken to over the phone was at the register and helped me place my order, and again he was friendly enough. He informed me that my order would be paid for and picked up at the other counter to my right. I stepped to the other counter, and after waiting several minutes a young lady came to ring me up. The total was just under $26 for a box of 13 bagels and two containers of schmear. As I was paying, I simply asked if I could please have two of my bagels warmed up to take with me. And she just replied "No." I was a bit shocked, and asked her "Really?" Her response was "We're really busy right now." And I guess she could read the incredulous look on my face...as isn't the whole Einstein Bagel business model, to make and serve bagels to their customers? So she asks "Well if you really want, I'll ask." And not in a happy way either, she walks away and asks and of course the manager obliges. So it takes about another 3 minutes to get the extra two bagels and the young lady hands them to me without saying another word, just an extra side of tude'. You know, I get it...we all have those days sometimes right? Only it doesn't seem to be the case with this particular location from now having read the other reviews. So I'm definitely making a mental note and will bypass this experience when I'm in the mood for bagels.

This place- it just sucks! The customer service is non existent. You'll be ignored if you have an issue like we were. They are too busy to care if you get coffee and they make ordering simple stuff so complicated. We've been here twice and we've had bad experiences both times. The first time we didn't get upset since we had time to kill. We ordered two coffees and a Lox bagel- which took about 15 minutes. However, this first time they were busy with in-store and pickup orders so we didn't mind. But they didn't have any coffee and the time we stood there, they didn't even bother making a fresh one while everyone was waiting. But the second time, man it was so bad I won't be back. We ordered 2 large coffees. I went to make the coffee and the vanilla hazelnut was freshly brewed, it came out with some grounds, but it wasn't too bad so I didn't let it bother me. Then I went to pour the 1/2 and 1/2 and nonfat milk came out. They unfortunately switched the lids when they put them out. At first I figured I'd ask for new cups so I could get new coffee and the actual 1/2 and 1/2 I wanted- but after standing for minutes watching the cashier hang out with her grandma and friends- and the other cashier also catching up- I walked to the 'order station' thinking I'd get help. Again, I stand in the 'order here' station and the person didn't acknowledge me until a couple minutes and said, "one minute sorry", and nothing. Mind you, I had the carafe in my hand to let him know. Then I realized I could just fix my issue alone. I went to the fountain drink and poured out the coffees, poured new ones and switched the lids for them. I was really annoyed at this point because of the employees acting too busy to attend or fix an issue. Especially since their coffee station is next to the order pickup station where the employee was having a grand time with her family.

Food was okay. My order was wrong. Besides that, the real reason this is a one star review was due to the lead manager and her demeanor and attitude towards customers. It was Valentine's Day and while taking my order, she looked disinterested and was monotone in speaking to me, and honestly came off rude. It's like they don't want people to come back and they certainly succeeded with that because I won't be coming back to THIS location. Other Einstein Bros. have way better service in terms of food and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste your time coming to this one.

Will not be back. We placed an order for three breakfast sandwiches and waited. And waited. And waited. Went up to the employee, was told it was given to someone else. Then we were told the order would be remade. And we waited. And waited. Went back up, were told it was up next. And waited and waited. Went back up and spoke to the manager about the unacceptable delay, at this point it was bordering on 30 minutes and we had watched multiple other orders come and go. I spoke to the manager who said we didn't come to the counter when we were called. Not true. I was offered multiple reasons why it was our fault but never an apology. When the manager started shaking her finger at me while telling me it wasn't their fault that I was done. Keep your attitude. We will not be back.

4 girls behind the counter laughing loud and be obnoxious as my son and I patiently waited... The girls were extremely rude. They messed up both sandwiches. The restaurant was dirty. FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF OR SHUT DOWN.

Started off with cashier on her phone with back to me. Then taking selfies and saw she had a customer. Toasted bagel was burnt. Drink machine - ice machine broken. Speciality coffee machine has been non functional for awhile. Why go there? I won't be back
