I was seriously impressed with my breakfast sandwich from Egghead and I am livid that I don't have an Egghead near my house.Egghead is located in the Proper Eats Food Hall, which can be found inside the ARIA Resort & Casino.Ordering our food at the register was quick and easy, despite having a couple of people ahead of us, and the staff were super friendly! After placing your order, you walk to the pick-up area, where you can either sit or stand and watch the staff prepare your sandwich right in front of you.I got the Chelsea, and was thoroughly impressed with how delicious it was! I'm not even a big fan of tomatoes, but the tomato worked really well with the other ingredients. The spicy aioli wasn't that spicy, but had a really great flavor to it! The sausage patty was average, but by no means bad. It was priced pretty decently for a Las Vegas breakfast sandwich too!I also got a crispy hash brown and my god was it fantastic. The epitome of what every hash brown should aspire to be. While it was greasy, it was packed full of flavor and it was huge. Forget those skinny McDonalds hash browns - Egghead's hash browns are thick as bricks and so much tastier.I really wish we had one of these where I live, but alas, we don't and probably never will. So, I'll just have to plan a trip to Vegas the next time I need my Egghead fix!

Located at the Proper Eats (Food Hall) in the Aria Hotel called Prospect Eat. Stood in line to order at the counter. I was greeted with a smile. I ordered the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was yummy but the star of the show was the cheesy hasbrown. It was very cheesy. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I was expecting a cheese pull which was not there but the flavors were there. Overall, I'd come back again.

This place is located in a food court area on the 2nd floor in the Aria. You order your food at the counter and they will call your name to pick up and there is a dinning area shared with other fast food type places.I ordered the Chelsea which is egg, sausage, cheese (lots of cheese ) and tomato. The sandwich was big and so was the cheese hash brown I ordered. However, I thought the taste was just ok on both. A thick bun for the sandwich. The sausage patty was more hard than juicy. The hash browns were thick. It was like the thickness of 2 or 3 regular hash browns put together. It's not too bad but IMO it's just ok

Simple, Quick, and TastyI love a small menu--sometimes too many options can be overwhelming, so I really appreciated Egghead keeping it simple. Especially for a quick-service spot on the Strip, they do it right. The sandwiches were good, just a little heavy for me first thing in the morning. But the real standout? The hashbrowns. Do yourself a favor and order them extra crispy. So. Good.Would I come back? Probably and next time, I'm doubling up on those hashbrowns.

Gonna keep this short and sweet as this is in comparison to Egg SlutQuality of FoodEgg Head IS BETTER than Egg Slut (bread is better. Bacon was a little overcooked. They have self service drinks so that means free refills!)Wait TimeEgg Head IS BETTER than Egg Slut (Egg Slut has a wait over 30 minutes on Fri-Sun. Don't bother!)SeatingEgg Head IS BETTER than Egg Slut (more tables and seating at Egg Head)Customer ServiceEgg Head IS THE SAME as Egg Slut (both were just OK)LocationEgg Head IS THE SAME as Egg Slut (in separate hotels adjacent to each other so not really a factor)Other Options AroundEgg Head IS WORSE than Egg Slut (both have coffee options next to them. However, Egg Slut is in Cosmo and has a few more food options)

Came here a couple times as it was convenient and quick/simple take away. I tried the Chelsea one day and the Greenwich another day. It was busy both times so was a bit slow to order and slow wait for the food. The food was delish and filling and would order again. Nothing fancy as it's in a food hall but there's plenty of seating around and lively with people all the time.

Our first breakfast in Vegas for this vacation! We decided to try egghead since we're big on eggslut. Difference here from what eggslut does is that they do a sunny side up fried egg instead of a creamy whipped scrambled egg that eggslut does. The names of the sandwiches are also placed in New York! We ordered the midtown, Chelsea, and the cheesy hash brown. The midtown comes with a spicy aioli sauce, tomatoes, cheese and a fried sunny side up egg. The Chelsea comes with a sausage patty with cheese and egg. And the cheesy hash brown is 2 hash brown pieces that have mozzarella cheese in between.Overall, our sandwiches were delicious and the hash brown was super good as well! Really good alternative to eggslut in Cosmopolitan if you were close to aria and the line was longer at eggslut too.

Came here to check out the sandwiches! I got the Midtown myself, and I quite enjoyed it! It has fried egg, bacon, spicy aioli, and more, and it was very flavorful. The egg was cooked well, and was perfectly runny. Definitely a solid sandwich! The service was good as well- I ordered the food at the checkout and waited for my name to be called to retrieve my food. The ambiance is nice as well and shares a space with Proper Eats Food Hall!

Egg sandwiches were good but not great and too salty. Hashbrowns were not good - tried a regular and cheesy. I was really excited for the hash browns and were disappointed. They were hard and not crunchy on the outside, the inside was a bit mushy and overly salty. Would not return. I regret not going to egg slut instead.

I was excited to know there was a breakfast spot inside of the Aria Resort and Casino. They had great reviews and as soon as I saw my order, I immediately was very happy I ordered from here. It is located in the Proper Eats Food Hall among other restaurants within the food court. Plenty of seating for you to choose from which was great because we were a party of 12. Everyone ordered from Egg Head for breakfast and it was delicious. The breakfast sandwich consisted of a very soft and fluffy bread, egg, bacon and cheese with a hash brown patty as a side. The service was quick, considering they had a line (goes to show how popular it is). Definitely would recommend!
