The food here so tasty! From the breakfast, to lunch, and even dinner! The banana nut muffin is amazing and definitely a must!Service here is incredible and always friendly! Our server was on top of everything. The ambiance is crowded but nice. It's always busy so it makes sense. I also see someone walking around cleaning. Overall, this is one of best breakfast places here in Las Vegas!!

Appx 1 pm, 4 staffers - 2 bussers and seems to be 2 waiters visible when I was seated. Restaurant appx 1/3 full. A bit chilly inside but I was located near the front door. After immediate seating, a poor 5 min wait before an apparent busser approached and took my drink order, then another near 5 min wait before a different waiter, very friendly, asked if I'd ordered and then took my request, the 3 way Cinci chili. I appreciated he asked if I'd had that before as he told me some diners have ordered it and then didn't like it. I have eaten it before altho it's been about 3 yrs. Was tasty then so didn't anticipate any problems. It was for some reason what I out of the blue was craving today. The meal was ok, plentiful and about as expected. The flavor was much more bland than remembered and experienced at other places I've had cinci chili, but there was nothing wrong with it. The waiter had already said it wasn't at all spicy chili. There was plenty of spaghetti as well as beefy chili. The accompanying oyster crackers went a long way in helping the texture. My waiter returned with a drink refill in the nick of time. He overall was a very good, pleasant and attentive waiter. An overall average experience, passable meal but unfulfilling and likely my last visit at least for awhile. Don't expect too much, but the large breakfast oriented menu will give you lots of options.

Was in search of a breakfast spot and tried Egg Works for the first time. We went on a Sunday morning and were seated within 20 minutes of checking in. In terms of aesthetics, Egg Works gives diner vibes. I loved that they have a model train that runs throughout the restaurant. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the menu because it's massive. I was also slightly confused with the mix of American, Mexican, and Hawaiian cuisine on the menu. For my meal, I ordered The Works Skillet with a banana nut muffin. The muffin was okay. It lacked a bit of flavor and was slightly over baked. The skillet was good, but very salty. The scrambled eggs were also gritty. While the portion size was big, it definitely wasn't worth $19. I was also not a fan of the 3% charge if you pay with card. It's 2025, no one carries cash anymore. Our waitress was very friendly. Our food also came out within 10 minutes, which was surprising considering how busy they were.Overall, Egg Works is not my favorite breakfast spot.

Jessica greeted us as we entered - so sweet! The food here continues to be delicious, quick and beautifully presented. Logan was our server. He was so helpful and checked on us frequently. The energy here is always fun, upbeat & on the louder side - which I LOVE!Great local restaurant that I highly recommend to others and bringing those visiting.

Beware of up charges on your breakfast or brunch egg dishes. They list two prices for cash and credit card. When ordering let them know you are paying cash and to make sure your receipts reflects that cash price. They also have a "temporary" $.50 charge per shelled egg price that is added to your bill because of the egg shortage. For example, if your meal comes with 2 eggs and you want it over medium eggs that will be an added extra $1.00 (.50 2x) on top of the price you see on the menu. Ask for scrambled eggs to avoid extra cost to your meal. Also, when paying cash, ask for a receipt to make sure it's the cash price you requested. The cashier made sure I did not have a receipt when I paid cash so I couldn't complain and I know I saw the regular price on there NOT the cash price! If you are not local and passing through I'm sure they know to charge you extra because you will not go back! I recognize that there is an egg shortage but this practice is not likely temporary (as of this review) but just for transparency purposes just know what you are paying for. If they are going to charge you a price why bother with the cash price on the menu. Their menu on the internet is the price I paid, don't expect them to honor the cash price listed on the menu in the restaurant. Not sure if this is true with all Egg Works in Las Vegas but it certainly true at the 7591 Tule Springs road Las Vegas, NV. The waitress was attentive, friendly and the food was decent; I ordered island moco at a good portion which I could have shared since it was $16.50; my husband ordered the waffle with meat and he enjoyed his. Since they didn't charge me the cash price I requested, I feel ripped off and would not go back.

Clearly a local favorite and for good reason.Fun place to get your eggs in, but the real showstopper are those potatoes though. Yum! My veggie Benedict was creamy and the eggs were eggcelently poached. They sure know their eggs. Lots of veggie options too which was awesome to see. Decent coffee. Service was friendly and fast despite the restaurant being busy busy. And when I say busy busy I also mean loud, this is not a quiet little place for an intimate date. The little train was a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed my experience at this breakfast joint. The servers were very friendly. My iced tea and Banana Nut Muffin were wonderful! I love that the muffin came out WARM, so my butter melted on top. I ordered the veggie skillet with ham and poached eggs (light cheese) the poached eggs were perfect. So were the potatoes in the skillet. I was disappointed that the veggies and ham were essentially raw. I was hoping that they would be sautéed into the skillet. Up close photo included. Despite that disappointment, overall, my experience was a four star.

Fantastic food and great service! We were very thankful that the staff were willing to accommodate our large soccer team party. Coco specifically was our server and she was amazing and had the best attitude helping us with anything we needed.

always enjoy coming here. never been to this location but it is in a very cute up and coming area it seems like. Large indoor seating and outdoor as well. there is always a lot to choose from on the menu for everyone to enjoy. came in and was seated immediately. the service is always amazing here and the staff is always sweet and attentive. I started off with the Hawaiian French toast! It is a must! The bread is very fluffy and flavorful. Topped with sugar and served with syrup. Their syrup tastes very rich and pairs perfectly with this. I always opt for their skillet breakfasts and it never lets me down. It's served with potatoes on the side and is always enough to fill me up. TVs surrounded around the area and it's cute to see the train pass by above you. If you haven't been here already you need to come with the fam for brunch/breakfast some time!

The ambiance was very loud. I sat at the bar/kitchen area, and you couldn't flag a server unless yelled. It was clean. It was very crowded. The service was just OK, mostly because, again, you could barely flag a server. The food: My poached eggs were perfect! The sourdough toast tasted stale. The bacon was ok. The potatoes, well I'm sure some people love them I could even taste the potato at all... just seasoning was all I could taste. Also, 3/4 of my plate was potatoes? But one of the BIG REASONS for only 3 stars is because I won't return to places charging me to use my credit card... hence I won't be back. You can debate this issue all you want, but it's my choice not to do business if they charge me for using my credit card just like it's their business if they choose to do this practice.
