Eclectic Cup

Our company was just walking through the farmers market on Rampart up in Summerlin and came across this fantastic little coffee stand. I love a cute coffee truck, and this is one of the newest ones to catch my attention! My work scheduled Eclectic Cup as an employee appreciation event, and they have a great menu of featured specialty coffees and teas - I tried a couple, since my guy is also on staff. Colleagues who do not drink coffee were especially appreciative of the tea, lemonade, etc options. They also have alternative milks - almond, oat, soy, etc.Service was friendly, and the trailer is cute. Their generator is on the loud side so you may want to place them away from anywhere you plan to hold conversation but their product is pretty good. Hoping to see them around town!

Great coffee, nice people and all around good experience. I would recommend trying it if they are in your area.

Found them at Skye canyon farmers market. What ever I got that was sweet and creamy with a macadamia taste.. that coffee was so good. Thank you for the recommendation. I look forward to buying again. :)
