Another amazing meal, and this time we tried sharing the 46oz Tomahawk. Absolutely delicious. A great experience sharing one big cut that was cooked perfectly and expertly seasoned. All of the side vegetables were tasty, with the cauliflower and squash being standouts. Crispy, spicy, well seasoned, tender - both vegetables hit on every note we wanted. The bone marrow carne asada was a good choice for an appetizer as well. Tender, salty, acidic, fatty, bitter - it combined everything you want for some perfect bites.

Great quality food and generally quality service. Ambiance could be greatly improved with some...well....some anything. It's pretty bare bones, cold (literally and figuratively) inside. My big complaint and the reason we stopped going regularly is the use of seed oils for frying and cooking. Won't be back until that changes or is at least improved. IMO a nicerish steak house should be using only olive oil to cook with and tallow or whatever to fry with. Unacceptable (to me) to have these products in a restaurant that's not fast food. With those two changes I would easily rate this a solid five star.

I've dined here twice, once during happy hours, and had our date night dinner last night. This is for the dinner review. We were seated within 10 minutes upon arrival on a Friday night. The balcony seating had heat lamps and it's less noisy than interior seating. The service was good and attentive. The manager went to each table to greet and welcome the guests....a very nice touch. The bread came quickly. It was fine but we would have preferred it warmed up. They have a wide list of appetizers/sides to select from. We got the crab cake to start, and fries and roasted carrots to go with our filet mignon entrees. The crab cake had a lot of crab with great flavors and lightly crusted exterior. A minor issue was the crab cake wasn't heated through evenly. While it's lukewarm, certain bites were cold (like out of the fridge cold).Moving onto the entrees. Our filets were cooked perfectly medium rare. It was simply seasoned with a nice char. The meat was tender and juicy. The entrees came with a mushroom Rockefeller (it's ok), and garlic chips. They didn't allow substitution so we opted out of the chips and ordered fries instead. No big deal. The carrots side was quite generous and filling. Be sure to share or you'd probably have a left overs like me. They have a good list of wine by the glass if you want to try different wines or have cocktail and wine and not needing a bottle.Overall, it's a great mid range steakhouse with good value, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return to try more dishes next time.

Echo & Rig offers a mixed experience that leaves me torn between two vastly different impressions. If I were rating the drinks, wine, and appetizers alone, this place would easily earn a glowing 5-star review. The cocktails were well-crafted, the wine list was impressive, and the appetizers stood out--each one flavorful and satisfying. However, the main dining experience left something to be desired. The food lacked attention to detail, which was disappointing. The soup was served cold, the seared ahi tuna wasn't properly heated, and even the fries arrived cold and uninspired. It felt like the kitchen missed the mark on consistency, which diminished the overall experience. On the positive side, the service was fantastic--attentive, friendly, and efficient. The decor added to the atmosphere, creating a space that was both welcoming and stylish.I will definitely return for the drinks and appetizers, but when it comes to the main dining experience, there's room for improvement.

What a special place in Trivoli Tuscany center but a busy place. We had reservations. Dining was upstairs, hostess, bar and meat market on main floor. Its was a beautiful evening so we sat outside. The maître De Juan? was so nice and made his way around the tables and made us feel so welcome. Our server Marco was fabulous, very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The crab cakes were delicious, mostly crab, the French bread was so yummy. We had ribeyes cap, tasty great cut of meat, filet mignon very tender cooked to perfection, and the Spencer steak was so good, the stuff mushroom was yummy and we also had the creamy Mac n cheese. From start to finish the service, food, kitchen, hostess, was exceptional with top notch service. We really had a great experience here and can't wait for return visit! Bravo!

Upscale restaurant in the District. The restaurant is conveniently located in the District steps away from the Green Valley Casino. There is ample parking behind the restaurant on the north side of the District by the 215 service road.I would recommend a reservation but we got lucky and they were able to accommodate our large party of 12 for Saturday brunch. The restaurant decor is gorgeous with lots of light colors and modern touches. The brunch menu is large and the prices are reasonable. For my meal I had the spinach and goat cheese quiche which was phenomenal. The brunch menu offers bottomless Bloody Marys and champagne by the bottle.I was so impressed with the restaurant I came back the next day with my spouse. We came around three for happy hour. Just a note that they do not serve the happy hour food until 4 PM. The kitchen is closed from 3 to 4. Our bartender was super nice and sociable. The bacon was absolutely delicious as well as the lobster rolls. We will definitely be back to try their dinner menu soon.

I brought my husband here for his birthday and the food/service were outstanding as usual. The restaurant is beautiful and located in Tivoli Village across the street from Suncoast casino.I had the ribeye (medium rare). My husband wanted to try something new so he had the Zabuton steak aka Denver (med. rare) which he liked as well. While both steaks were great, we both preferred the Ribeye probably because we prefer meat higher in fat. They brought my husband a trio of sorbets for his birthday. They were very yummy and not overly sweet. The lemon sorbet was our favorite. My husband was eyeballing the hot coffee cake dessert on the menu so we ordered that as well. Wow, just wow! It was absolutely delicious! We agreed we have to return soon especially for that dessert.See you soon Echo and Rig!

okay I took my wife and her 92 year old grandma to eat on our way to the airport and we stayed at Paris so it was not real close but the beautiful drive out with mountains in the background made it well worth it. The lady that greeted us was excellent and even offered an out of the way place to put our bags while we enjoyed our lunch. This was a Monday lunch at 11:30 so was not busy but started to fill up as we left. Ethan was very good, food was excellent, Salmon was had by grandma, she said it was best she ever had. I had the Beverett excuse the spelling but the marblIng , size and taste were excellent. my wife had the lamb chops and they too were excellent. We started off with the octopus and olive appetizer and it was light and delicious. We will come back on our next visit. The decor was clean and open with open kitchen so you could see chefs. I want to eat next time on the big patio overlooking the shops near by.

Read a lot about this place. First impression was underwhelming. Bar area not very welcoming seemed like an afterthought. Service and food was amazing. Upstairs was very nice, comfortable, without pretension.
