Yoooooooooooooooo! I don't know if its me but I really like this Eataly more then the Los Angeles location. First we had to get a coffee because we flew in from LA and arrived in vegas at 9am so not many places options for food or drinks we wanted to try the eataly here so we booked MGM park since we also have never tried staying at that hotel yet. Now for the coffee from Eataly Pasticceria & Caffè I tried the cappuccino with hazelnut non sweetener and it was already sweet enough for me, also had there specialty the lady suggested the Bicerin8oz Double Espresso, Hot Chocolate, Heavy Cream w/ No Alternatives and that became my favorite just wish they had an option for a larger size, I had to order 2 of it the next day lol. Now from Eataly Cucina del Mercato I tried the Fritto di Calamari e ZucchiniCrispy New England Squid, Fried Zucchini, Served with Calabrian Aioli, sauce was great just wish there were a few extra sauce options like your standard tartar sauce or ranch for the zucchini $30 for the small amount I found a bit expensive especially how it only came with like 3 pieces of zucchini lol but for the quality and crispiness that was a 10 out of 10 for me, the calamari really tasted completely fresh as if they just caught the seafood the same day. Also got the try the Grandissimo $40 which was an assortment of 6 of our favorite Salumi and Cheese, now that was very filling and cant be split for 3-4 people in my opinion. Both places had amazing fast service and was prepped fast and got the orders perfectly correct. Ambiance of the place was same ambiance as a food court, loud with a-lot of people talking.

If you love Italian food, Eataly is a great place to enjoy a variety of Italian dishes without having to use your passport. I visited years ago but I never wrote about it. Truth be told, all I remember is having a delicious glass of Amarone and I can't recall what I ate. This time around, I actually took the time to explore the entire area. [Ambiance] Busy and crowded! The design mimics an Italian Marketplace with different food stalls, dining areas, and specialty shops. You can also buy freshly made mozzarella, gelato, pastries, and coffee. [Food Quality] pretty good - not the best I've had, but decent. I tried the following items: * Fritto Mixto - calamari and zucchini. Delish! * Butternut squash bruschetta - just ok * Butternut squash ravioli - too much oil * Iced Latte with Amaretto - yum Overall: 3.5-stars. The prices are overly-inflated: $30+ for a premade sandwich or slice of pizza. Not sure I'd go out of my way to come here again, but it was worth seeing at least once for the experience.

Eataly is adorable... but what exactly is it? It's part cafe & bakery, bar, restaurant, and Italian grocery. However it's defined, it's awesome. Walking through Park MGM is where I was started to notice an entire area devoted to delicious and unique Italian items- it was Eataly. This is apparently a store that exists in other places but I've only seen it in LV. I wanted to try the food and an aperol spritz as that drink reminds me of my time in Venice, Italy. But, we had other plans so for this time we did some coffee and a couple pastries. I also picked up some bottled beverages from the grocery section. Next time I'm back in Vegas, I'll definitely be back to Eataly to check out more stuff. I want some pasta and a grilled to order steak I saw, ooh and I panini they freshly press. Okay, there's a bunch of stuff I want to try next time! lol

We stayed at the Park MGM for 3 nights. We walked through Eataly the first day and were really impressed with the vibrant atmosphere. There are so many eating, drinking and Italian culinary retail options. Our plans kept us away until the last morning. The lines are long and unfortunately not fast, but we thought it was worth the wait. We decided on crepes from the crepe and coffee counter. They were delicious. I had the yummy chocolate banana crepe. My husband chose a savory breakfast crepe with eggs, bacon, sausage, green chilis - it was packed full of deliciousness & came with an amazing sauce on the side. It was fun to share bites of the two very different crepes. We thought the prices & portions were fair - especially for Vegas. IYKYK. Eataly is a hopping spot, completely worth your time and money!

Service was fantastic. We shared a pasta dish and salad, big serving good to satisfied two hungry women. Food was okay, the pasta was a little undercooked and could use a bit more flavor. It was a good spot to grab something before the Mad Apple show across the street at the NY NY.

Always a stop. Never delayed moment, when you know what you're looking to eat. Always head to the meat counter and grab either a New York strip steak or a ribeye steak, accompanied by some oysters on the half shell and today roasted brussels sprouts.Never a bad choice heading to this location for the best quick meal

Brief Summary:- A great place to find a spot and eat good food minus the stiff restaurant atmosphere- After ordering you'll receive a buzzer like machine that will ring and light up when the food is ready- A mishmash of dining in and shopping for ingredients- Located at the front of Park MGMWe've been exploring and trying out the different Eataly branches scattered throughout, and this one felt like a great one to have in Las Vegas. The reason is how casual the dining experience it can be. We can pick any of the little market stalls with tables and bar tables squished in between. Each market stall has its theme: desserts and pastries, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, meats and cheeses, and so on. We focused on the pasta and the pizza because it was around dinner time.We ordered 2 pasta dishes at the pasta themed and the fried pizza in the one that focused on breads, sandwiches, and pizzas. After ordering, we found a table to sit and wait until the buzzer rang when the dish is ready to be picked up.All of the dishes were delicious, and the portion is just right. My surprise favorite was the fried pizza. The texture was very light and crispy, and the crust area was flavorful. The menu had 6 different toppings, and when ordering you can choose up to 3. Since the toppings are plopped on top, they do topple and fall if I wasn't careful taking a bite.I believe the pasta was the heftier of the dish, so after finishing the pasta, we were full and content. The al dente was not tough as the one I had in Boston, just slightly.

Good spot at the Park MGM if you want some fresh pasta, pizza or pastries. We tried the pastries this time and they were okay. They all look very cute. This location has a ton of options you can choose from for food, dessert, wine/drinks, cheese and bread. I've had the pizza before and it wasn't too bad. Not a bad spot to get your fix of Italian food or treats. The service was quick at the pastry spot.

Love stopping by here every time we're on the strip. Just the ambience and the feel of being on the streets of Italy for a moment just...feels good A bit expensive but to be expected on the strip. The taste and flavor of Italy will make it worth a stop here.

A very nice food corner by the Las Vegas Strip with a bit upscale touch and European style of ambience. Various food stations to choose from. We had a slice of pizza from one of the stations, and a plate of prochutto and mozarela from another, combined with a happy hour wine flight from a third one. It was a perfect combination, and the slightly high price can be easily justified with such an excellent quality. Very friendly service all around. I know now where to come back when craving light eats in between Strip walks.
