Dutch Bros Coffee

We're visiting from Honolulu, and I always grab a few rebels to try all the flavors while we're near any DB's But this time I was on the hunt for a sour iced rebel, and a few other locations recommended just from the menu (sour patch rebel) which seemed generic and wasn't sour at all imo. I asked our broista for a recommendation and he was able to kinda piece together with his suggestions something I absolutely loved (iced sugar free rebel with lemonade and blackberry) TYSM!! Can't wait to have it again the next time we visit!

Staff are friendly and the drinks are delicious, but I have been charged more than once for a larger drink than I originally ordered. I clearly ask for a small drink and when I pick up at the window, it's a medium or a large. I am charged for a larger drink and they tell me it will be refunded, but it doesn't. The first and second time is ok. It's just a mistake it's only a couple of dollars more, but three times?

I absolutely adore the delightful drink menu and the wide range of options available here. It's like stepping into a world of pure joy and flavor. The sugar-free pumpkin spiced latte has become my ultimate seasonal favorite, satisfying my cravings while keeping it healthy. And when paired with almond milk, it adds an exquisite touch that takes it to the next level of indulgence.However, there's one tiny hiccup that dampens the experience - the excessive wait time in the mornings. Picture this: you find yourself eagerly waiting for that perfect cup of coffee, only to spend a good 30 minutes in line. It's utterly unreasonable, isn't it? Especially if you are trying to rush off to work or somewhere in time. Oh, and let me share a little secret: the walk-up window is not faster at all. In fact, they serve you last! Ambiance is a nice hustle-and-bustle for a to go kinda place.Customer service is usually friendly here. I have had a few times in the past where the workers were not as friendly, but lately they have been good. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this place, but I can't help but wish for a quicker service and a bigger venue. With the demand they have, it only makes sense to hire more staff and expand to a larger venue to service people faster....but if I have time to waste in the mornings (which is a rarity) than this place is a good stop.

This was my first experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. I had heard that if you like Starbucks, you might not be a fan. So I put that theory to the test today!!First the customer service was exceptional! Very friendly employees even in this Vegas rain. They still smiled and took orders as they stood in the rain doing it. The line when I arrived was kinda long. But it went fast and they got people in and out in no time. For my drink I just went with a hot Caramel Cream Latte. It was hot and fresh. I can definitely taste the cream, but their competitors beat them out with the caramel taste for sure! So I understand what people mean when they say if you like one you may not like the other. Would I return? Sure! Now that I know what to expect I definitely would.

Visited on 02 August 2024 for the first time!! I ordered the ' Tropical Frosted Lemonade ' which met my pleasant expectation.I will definitely be a future guest at Dutch Bros!!

Dutch Bros is honestly great when the line is short. The line can be a long time so it kinda defeats the convenience of drive through. Be prepared to wait for 45 minutes if you do decide to go drive through! The drinks are great if sugar heavy but still a delicious treat if every so often you want to reward yourself. All the workers are so friendly and they've earned their reputation.

Obviously, Clara absolutely loves her pup cups from DutchBros! And I of course love my coffee, normally I get the Grasshopper Mocha(iced) and the team at this location never disappoints! I love how the staff is so helpful with getting you to try new drinks and making sure you love it before you leave.Also a special shout out to Kamryn with a K(hope I spelt that right) while all of the staff is a great, I just love going to the window and ordering with her because I know I'm going to have a great experience with an amazing new drink recommendation!!

Worst wait ever!' There is like 4 cars in front of me, took my drink (one drink) 40Mins! I don't know if there are short staffed all the time or they are just so slow making the coffee. If there were no cars behind me I would've leave already. I don't understand why we need to wait that long when clearly it's not that busy! I've seen long lines of coffee at Starbucks or TCB but every time I come here it's like 30-45Mins wait... I only go here cos it's the closest to my house but seriously this is the worst Dutch Bros I've ever been!! Please fix this! Lots of complains in this location

I love Dutch Bros! My go-to flavor is Cocomo. The service is always top-notch, and I've never been disappointed by their friendliness and energy!
