Dutch Bros Coffee

I have driven my a number of Dutch Bros coffee stands and always see a long line. I decided to try their coffee or some other drink of theirs. I was in the area of this one today, so I stopped in to give it a try.I had a free medium drink coming for downloading their app. The app makes it convenient to order ahead of time. You have two choices--pick the drive thru for pick up or select the walk up window. There is reserved parking spots if you choose the walk up window.Even though it was very cold this morning and raining, I chose to order as marshmallow Dear Blended Freeze with creamy marshmallow cereal flavored espresso with soft top and marshmallow charms. I parked at one of the reserved window pick up spots. I went to the window and gave her my name.In a short time, I had my freeze. Maybe not the best thing to order on this day, but it was so tasty. The marshmallow in the espresso gave a good contrast of flavors. I still had a bit left when I got home. I finished the marshmallow soft top charms. They had a bit of crunch to them which made it even better. I'll get a drink like this but it will be in the warm summer.Service was excellent. The woman at the window was very pleasant. I was pleased with this stop and it gives me an alternative to my normal coffee place.

I absolutely love this Dutch bros. The employee are always so nice and sweet and this location. If you can't figure out what you would like or need a surprise drink, definitely come here. The wait time in this drive thru is pretty fast and if they finish your drink before the person or group orders in front of you they bring it to your car. Drive thru is always clean and they have a pretty good way to organize taking drive thru orders if it's busy. Things definitely run pretty smoothly here and they always are super customer service oriented. My jingle nog latte was made really good and super cute with the sprinkles. I absolutely will be returning.

I have to say I love this Dutch Bros so much!!! I am a teacher and during the school year I stop often on my way to work ! This summer I have been treating myself to iced green teas with passion fruit! The young folks that work here are incredible ! They know my order, greet me with a smile and more! One girl I have to give a special shout out to. I had a back injury and I told her about it and see took care of my drink one morning. It is the small things in life and small gestures that make all the difference. Kehana!!! Girl you going places !! It's so refreshing to get excellent customer service , it's so hard to come by these days !

When I look at the picture of a drink on their website and what I got looks nothing like it, The girls their just like to flirt with the male customers to get tips but have really bad service when I pulled up. I was being polite and asked if I can get the blue syrup they put to make the eclipse rebel ice drink and they gave me peach and that was it and stared at me with an attitude NEVER recommending DutchBro.

My teenage daughter went to get drinks and I asked her to get mine with no ice so that I can take it to work tomorrow. The cup was half full!! Yes, she should have said something and not accepted it, but she has anxiety and fears confrontation. Plus she just figured it's because she asked for no ice. I am appalled that the barista even thought this was okay to do!!! This was my favorite location, not anymore!

Conveniently located on Charleston Blvd. There's a drive thru, as well as a walk window to place your order. It was not busy on a Sunday afternoon, which is nice. I was greeted upon walking up to the window. I wasn't ignored while they helped customers in the drive thru line.My order was made correctly and delicious. I'd come back to this location whenever in the area.

Staff is great and friendly! I frequent here very often. Reviews should be higher! I love the Rebel energy drink

My family and I stopped my Dutch bros whenever we are in Vegas. The line at drive thru was fast with 2 staff people taking drive thru orders., I got a free drink on a birthday reward. It was so cold on a Saturday afternoon in December that I ordered a large hot chocolate, at the window I was watching the worker use real milk in the hot cocoa. It was really tasty and impressed. The workers are always nice and cheerful,

This was our first time visiting a Dutch Bros coffee location. I wish we had one in Indianapolis IN!!! The ladies working here were so helpful in helping me order because there are so many options it's overwhelming. Our drinks were so perfect and delicious! The wait was a little longer but definitely worth it! I've never seen so many choices for coffee and tea!!!! Definitely coming back and recommend this specific location!

This location has gone really down hill. The lines are not managed well, consistent worry about getting hit by another car, and lack of getting to know customers. Drinks are a miss. Sometimes they're great, and sometimes they are not. Super disappointing. I would roll to a different location.
