Refreshing drink in Las Vegas, Nevada...Knowing that I had a 4-hour drive between Las Vegas and Los Angeles ahead, I thought that I should get a pick-me-up and also take advantage of the Mobile Mondays offer from Dunkin'. There's a bonus of 100 points every Monday when you order on the app!I got a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, which is made with green tea and has Vitamin B added. I like it because it's fruity and not too sweet. I can customize it on the app with "less ice".Thanks for the clean environment, cool air conditioning, and efficient service!

Located off E Silverado Ranch Blvd in Laa Vegas. It's a clean store and lots of room the table are spread out nicely. Staff was friendly. Got a refresher to get the 100 bonus points in the app for mobile ordering ahead. Overall a nice Dunkin.

The short big woman with blonde hair (maybe the manager?) is a very rude woman and it wouldn't surprise me if she lost you a lot of business. She yells at her employees and calls them names, yells around the place making people feel bad. I come here a lot and if she is there I leave. It isn't worth spending my money to be around the horrible woman. If you hate your job so much then go get another one. The two young dark haired girls are awesome and work their butt off for this place.! I hope they get recognition for their hard work!

I've given this location so many chances, but today was the last straw. I rather drive further and go to pink box for fresh donuts than deal with this location ever again. I walked in and there are a group of staff members huddled together, standing around. Not one hello, hi, welcome in. On my receipt it has the Denise, but definitely not a Denise who helped me. It was a younger gentlemen complaining of his blood sugar and just the nastiest attitude. I asked if there was going to be anymore donuts put out or if that's all they had. He stated, "the donuts are frozen and thawing so that's all we have" well I guess I always assumed I was buying fresh donuts but anyway, to have that little amount of donuts available at a peak time seems crazy considering you're a donut shop. I continued with ordering half a dozen since the selection was very limited, a caramel craze and a bagel. The cashier rings me up and then he struggles to even close my donut box so I offered to close it myself as he was putting his hands all inside the box. I waited around for my coffee and bagel and at no point did anyone call out my order was ready or announce what items were ready. I went up and asked the same cashier if this was my coffee and he looks and says, ya it says take out! I was thinking in my head, well excuse me for asking. Same thing happened with my bagel. As I was in the store a gentlemen asked for the managers name and the same cashier says, I don't know! The customer says, you don't know the managers name? The cashier says that's right! We both looked at each other baffled and just couldn't believe this was really happening. The manager "Marie" or "Maria" was told of the poor conditions of the restrooms and seemed like she couldn't care less. Never once asked one of the many employees standing around to go take care of the restrooms. As if That wasn't bad enough, I got home to eat my bagel and looks like they put the whole box of cream cheese on the bagel. Didn't even attempt to spreadThe cream cheese. Awful customer service and I will never come back to this location and spend my money.

Times like this is why I am glad I am able to remain calm with rude people for the most part. Around 5:30 am, drive into the drive-thru out of curiosity for which doughnuts they have. I also had my 4-year daughter in the back and she was asleep. I was going to surprise her with a doughnut. I asked the drive-thru lady, which doughnuts they had. She said, "It's on the menu under the speaker." I look, the menu looked old and fade. I couldn't even make out all the doughnuts on the menu. I pointed this out but she couldn't understand, "The menu is faded." I say this about 4 times but she couldn't understand me. Since my daughter was in the back, I was trying to be soft at speaking but the worker was more impatient than my own kid .She tells me to drive to the stop window so she can understand me. But holy cow, she had the worst people skills and she looked like a manager. She was raising her voice at me saying that, "I should come in the store." due to the fact I couldn't read their awful menu. I told her I couldn't because my daughter is in the back sleeping. She looked pissed when I said that! Then have to the nerve to yell every doughnut they had available really quickly. Impatient much? I just left and said, "Nevermind". Didn't bother me much because I used to deal with people like that almost everyday at an old job I worked. But I am just saying, if you don't have people skills, go work in a factory, or get some!

On my way to work and needed a coffee, got there at 7:50pm when they close at 8:00pm. Pulled up to the window and see someone sitting down , only for the worker to tell me they ran out of coffee because they didn't to serve me poor customer service.

There's always something wrong with my orders. Last 2 times I have ordered delivery I have gotten someone else's food. I called the dunkin manager to let her know her staff needs to be checking the orders. She was very apologetic and said she has trainees. Because I also manage hospitality and can understand, and this location is closest, I give her the benefit of the doubt and order another day. This time my bag is not even sealed, sandwich had wrong bread and no straw or utensils. Smaller issues yes but I just don't understand what makes this so hard to do. No excuses

Ordered a drink at the drive thru and was told to park in front. Waited 6 mins and was told they were "still"having issues with their machine. They made me wait another 7 mins only to tell me their blending machine died. If I want a refund I have to come into the store or go to the drive thru again. They couldn't give me a receipt for the refund..was told to take a picture of it. The donut ordered was stale.
