Yelp Review 2025 #79:Dream Asia Festival is a food fest in Las Vegas, New Jersey, and Salem. They boast 90+ Asian food vendors. I think it was less than that plus, some Mexican taco trucks and Latin food stalls which is great in case you have somebody with you who's in the mood for that. Food vendors from New York and California, Filipino food, Lao food, Thai food, Chinese food, Taiwanese food, Mongolian foos, Japanese food, Hawaiian food, and Korean food. They also have merchandise vendors selling shirts, totes, stickers, Japanese snacks, etc.You can purchase a ticket online: general admission for $12 or VIP for $45. Same day ticket is $20. You get to skip the line with a VIP ticket and you have your is dedicated line, access to the VIP lounge with bathrooms and performances, and a swag bag. I've never had the need for all that at any food festivals I've been to so I opted out of the VIP ticket. The general admission line looks intimidating since it wraps around the building on 3rd and Bridger and the entrance is on 3rd and Carson but we only stood in line for under 15 minutes at 12:30pm on a Saturday. Get your ticket QR code ready when you get to the front of the line. They do a bag check. Don't bring prohibited items (listed at the gate and on their website, and I posted a picture of it too) so you don't slow down the line. They give you a postcard and a wristband that you have to surrender when you exit the festival. The festival grounds is huge so even with thousands of people, there's a lot of space. It's packed like sardines at the A stalls by the entrance because that's where people are walking confused and overwhelmed trying to pick which vendor to get food from. They advertised a lot of Filipino food vendors from New York selling lechon on their website and on social media but they were not there which was upsetting because that's the reason I wanted to come here in the first place. However, I got to eat wagyu and truffles and had a fun interaction with the ladies from Sukiyuki. I got matcha parfait from Matcha n More from New York - I wanted their 24k Gold matcha but they were "sold out" by 1pm. I still got my Filipino food fix from MJ's Cebuchon with their $6 menu - I got siomai, fish balls, lechon tacos, pork lumpia for $6 each and everything was delicious. I got Taho from another Filipino food vendor that also sells all sorts of Ube stuff. There's music, performers, and games with prizes (they did Squid Game minus the deaths). There are tents with tables and chairs if you need a break from the sun. You can sit of the fake grass at the stage area. There are also tables and chairs on the fake grass area.Parking at the hotels nearby range from $25. There are also metered parking lots. No backpacks/ big bags, glass, non-service animals, alcohol...check the festival website or the picture I posted for other prohibited items.

Dream Asia Fest was fun!I love getting to try and see many kinds of foods and treats! I got boba! Candied strawberries!! And a combination plate which was packed! There was music everywhere and some live games going on too But like most festivals it was extremely crowded and lines were crazy... so was trying to get through them... and on top of that it's full if not more priced but barely restaurant sized portions! I got lucky at the venue I chose but a lot of other places servings were kinda sad with double price! If you have to pay entry and make it small portions than also lower the price !

Firstly I paid $55 ($65 with parking) to go into a venue where I could have paid $12. No special VIP anything except an entry that anyone could pass through. Food was disgusting and I love Asian cuisine. Not worth it plus you pay for everything and I will never return. A whole scam and deception. Pretty typical for Vegas.

I would say that this is one of the better food fest I've been to. There was a a big variety of food and also the prices had a wide range as well. It was quite packed the Sunday after that we went, which wasn't too pleasant but as we went further it seemed to be more spread out. Overall a great time
