If you're looking for a killer customizable noodle experience, Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. delivers in every possible way. I went with the Sumo-sized bowl because, let's be real, if I'm doing this, I'm going all in.For my build-your-own noodle bowl, I chose regular udon noodles, and the best part? They let me mix both the pork and beef broths--an absolute flavor bomb. Rich, deep, and packed with umami goodness. For proteins, I wasn't holding back either: wagyu ribeye, braised pork belly, thin-sliced rare beef, and shrimp. Yep, it was as indulgent as it sounds. For toppings, I went with garlic oil, mushrooms, scallions, and red onions, which added a great balance of aromatics and texture. Every bite was an explosion of flavors, and I loved how everything just worked together. Now, let's talk about the induction tables--these are DOPE. I was there for quite some time, and my bowl naturally cooled down, but the second I placed it back on the induction surface, bam--hot again within moments. That's a game-changer for keeping the broth at its best temperature. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I will say, walking in can be a bit overwhelming because you're not immediately sure where to look or how to start, but once you figure it out, the process is really simple and efficient. The space itself? Super clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Definitely not your typical quick-service noodle spot--this place has a vibe.Overall? Fantastic experience, highly recommend. I'm already planning my next visit to try a different combo. If you love noodles, this is a must-visit.

Saw posts on IG and decided to try it. Space is large but patrons were scarce at around 8:00pm on a Monday night. The concept is make your own noodle soup and the main attraction is the different kinds of broth are served from a tap. Idea is to choose a noodle, then soup base, add protein then toppings. You can reheat this bowl on a burner on the table if you desire a hotter bowl of soup or cook raw meats. Among the soup bases - Tonkotsu, Hokkaido Beef and Thai Yum - we tried, the Hokkaido Beef seems to be the best. Thai Yum & Tonkotsu are not very authentic. Between Housemade Ramen and Udon, I'd go for the first, the latter is not very chewy. Fried chicken wings tasted good but could use some marinade.

This was my first experience here. It's a build your own noodle bowl place. It's located in Summerlin Boca Park area. It looked interesting as you walked in. Red and black walls with Tokidoki are on the walls as well. The tables have warmers on it for the bowl of noodles of your choice. The workers here were really nice and told us if we had any questions to feel free to ask. They have steps you follow when building your own bowl. You choose the type of noodles you would like, ramen, udon, shirataki, rice, fire udon, fire noodle, rice noodle, and believe there was one more or maybe couple other choices like protein type noodles as well. You then chose your broth. I got the Hokkaido broth which was a pork broth. The next step is to order your protein and each protein was at a cost and all varied in price. I got rare beef as my protein and didn't bother to add anything else. The next step was to order the toppings you would like in your bowl, so I ordered bamboo shoots, bok choy, garlic chips. I noticed they dispensed the soup on tap, which was cool! Once everything was put together though, the soup wasn't hot at all. On their tables they have stoves, so I saw some other patron using it to heat up their soup. It did take time for the stoves to warm up to get hot enough to start warming up the bowls of ramen that we all had. It took so long to finally get the broth hot, that the contents in our bowls were then soggy and mushy. So in the end, we were all disappointed. Still we ate what we ordered and then just spent some time catching up. They had a handful of people in the restaurant too. When you are done, you leave your trays of food on the table. My friends who live in Vegas, recommended we try this venue, because it was recommended by a friend. Maybe some others had a better experience that we did, in which I do hope, but for me, this will be my last time.

411. Easy ordering system. You pick your noodle, broth, and protein. We got the Sumo bowl so you can get double the noodle and protein. We picked the fire ramen, Hokkaido beef broth, and thin-sliced rare beef. Toppings are included except the ramen egg. Also got a side of 4 pork baos. The only thing was that the bao was very dry and cracked when we got them.Cool concept. Great for quick casual meals.

Excited to try Dragon Tiger Noodle. They have more than one location so the food must be extravagant. However, I wasn't really impressed with the flavor of the ramen broth & noodles. I do like that they offer a variety of noodles. I ordered a regular tonkotsu pork broth with house made ramen noodles. My husband ordered a sumo teriyaki bowl. The chicken wings were quite flavorful. The dessert baos were decent. I would be willing to come back again to try something different.

I came in for takeout on a Wednesday evening, and it was not particularly busy at all, but it still took far too much time to be served. I waited around for nearly 10 minutes in the takeout line by the ordering glass waiting for my order to be taken. When it was taken, the server was very kind in explaining the menu to me, but receiving my meal took another 10 minutes. Somewhat annoying for a slow night. Pretty stressful when you only have a 15 minute parking spot... The wait aside, the food was, um... Palatable. For a total of $17 (and a $2 tip, making it $19 really). I got the yakisoba, which was entirely lacking in sauce and flavor. The vegetables and noodles tasted like a greasy stirfried nothing. This place does earn one star for the braised pork belly though-- that was genuinely delicious. In my time waiting, I admit the restaurant itself was pretty. It had a sleek glowing red and black aesthetic and was relatively quiet, which I can always appreciate. I would be willing to come back and try something else if just a few more things went right, less wait, more flavor, or even slightly cheaper. As it stands, though, this place does not leave me yearning for a second visit in the slightest.

I must've walked into the place with a collar around my neck barking like a dog because why did they serve me noodles that looks like something you give a pitbull on its birthday? On top of that, the teriyaki beef looks NOTHING like the pictures... my cat has more appetizing looking food. They serve better food in prison (not that I would know). Although I still finished all of it, I must say that I am disappointed with the presentation of the food. The service was mediocre as well, I had to wait 20 minutes just to say "I'm here to pickup DoorDash order ". I guess everyone could use a New Year's resolution, including businesses...

Seriously love this place!I have been here twice and both times, the food was delicious! Their prices are decent, maybe a little higher than you would expect for a Ramen joint, but their food is fresh and they cook it right in front of you, which is really cool. It's a really unique place to visit especially if you're going for dinner. Their lights are always dim and the decor is suiting for the atmosphere.Their staff is friendly and attentive to your requests. The only reason that I gave them four stars instead of five was because the last time that I went there, the woman giving me toppings, seemed like she was skimping out a little bit. I will continue to return in hopes that they will give us the appropriate amount of toppings next time.

Best ramen ever! Everything looks so fresh. The team is always nice. It's a pretty fun concept of a restaurant. We like to come with the family and kids get a free soda.
