Dottys

This location is very smoky, came here to order some food one night but just didn't. Couldn't stand how smoky it was. Some places especially bars seem like they filter out the air but not this spot.

This is my closest dotty's and un happy about that. All of the employees are sweet women that I never see complain. you can tell they actually like what they do and if they really don't, I would have never known. I wouldn't be able to make a long comparison or anything like that because I've only played at two dotty's and I like them almost equally.

I had a lot of fun here! Perhaps the fact that it was my first visit and I won over $400 didn't hurt! I liked the big office-like chair that was at the machine I played. Being newer to Vegas, I didn't know how these little gaming places worked. There was an attendant that was comping us cocktails and even made us a few complimentary snacks. I'm not a huge gambler, but this is a cool place to go to avoid big casino traffic and parking costs.

I've been here for 45 mins and this old guy hasn't said a word to me. He greeted everyone else and served them drinks. I'm not of fan of this guy.

The guy at this location was just sitting and smoking talking to another lady that sold me a pack of cigarettes I was never greeted nor was I served a drink for 25 min until I had to step up and buy me the drink after 40 dollars in just a shame how dottys doesn't care about customer service anymore the guy had his wife playing a machine she was well served but the rest of us were just nobody's I don't know if it's a family run business but this guy feels like he owns the place every time is the same he is just a lazy guy that sits in the middle table smokes and once in a while gets up to change tickets if I come back in I'll take a videos to show u guys a picture of the amount of lack of professionalism in this dottys smh let's get new people that actually want to earn a living while providing customer service pls

If this is the Dotty's on Grand Canyon and Russell the dude in there in the afternoon is terrible terrible customer service 60 bucks and I got one beer he's terrible he needs to be gone

I went to Dottys around 830-845pm. Do not go here if u are black the server tells black people that they have to spend 50cents to get a drink. I never heard of that at any other Dottys. An we were playing at 50cent a spend an got one drink compared to other people who were not black got served more drinks several time me an my husband got one drink. He only kept checking on use to make sure we were playing at 50cents a spend. Our night was ruined because of how we were treated. We couldn't even take our drink outside . We were not rude or anything like that. Please do not go to this Dottys especially if ur black because they don't like us.

I just want to say that there's a man at this dottys name steve that is always bullying me. I'm a 21 year old black girl and I go to most dottys and spend hundreds with no worry and none of the attendees ever say anything about a drink every 30 mins or that I have to play a dollar or more for an hour for a drink. He does so many other little stuff that I feel like it's being done on purpose and to ruin my day or something. I'm a very respectful young lady and I've never been rude to him so for him to keep treating me like shit is really not right. He always offers other players around me drinks as well but not me . I'm getting tired of loosing my money in a hostile environment that I can't even have a drink at. Please handle this corporate because this is the closest one to my home and I actually enjoy going to dottys.

This location and surrounding locations have the best employees with the exception of one lady named Phyliss. She did not ask me one time in 5 hrs if I would like a drink. Another time 4.5 hrs never asked if I would like anything. I would not want her to get in trouble but perhaps be retrained by any of the other employees. It's bad enough when you lose money. But the other employees are so nice that not always winning doesn't matter so much!
