Dotty's

July 5, 2023 - We were headed to my daughter's house for Karaoke night, but we were still early, so we decided to kill some time and stopped at Dotty's on Boulder Highway. Penny Keno games are my favorite when I stop in at Dotty's.When I walked in it felt very comfortable and the lady working was friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy the complimentary snacks, every Dotty's is different. I also enjoy the complimentary beverages as well. I must say that all of the Dotty's locations I have stopped in has always been clean with many friendly faces and lots of regular guests.This location had many friendly faces just enjoying the machines and their time. Although I didn't win anything, I enjoyed my time. It was a nice hour. If you want to have a nice relaxing time stop on in and enjoy your time.

I liked this casino until they hired a new worker there she is down right RUDE ...now what happened I went in last Tuesday I seen the worker I minded my business like I normally do because we clearly done like each-other she avoids me and I play my game I'm sitting there playing my game and a great time acually but I want a drink so I go to ask for a Jack and coke only because I know she pours majority coke and like sip of Jack after that I wanted an audios so obviously she not going to come up to me because she doesn't like me so I walk up to the bar and ask she immediately says "NO" I said "excuse me" she proceeds to say "no" again I then ask "so you don't know how make an audios?" She then has an whole attitude and says "we're so you see blue " I then tell her keep her attitude and walked away to continue to play my game and the she comes up to me and asked me to I want a Long Island I told her I do not want anything from her goodbye and she walks away I call my gf to let her know what just happened then later I went home so Imagine how my girlfriend feels when she goes in there a week later to relax and enjoy herself and find out that she has been banned because an issue I had with one of the bartenders. When she walks in there not even two minutes she was told that she has been banned from the building because SHE had an issue with one of your bartenders on Tuesday. Now my girlfriend is a nonconfrontational type of person she normally goes in their spends her money and drinks and minds her business she also knows that this lady does not like her or is too fond of her so she does not associate with her let along get any drinks from her because all her drinks are juice you get no alcohol and then she told you that you had to wait 30 minutes in between every drink this is Vegas I'm not gonna wait 30 minutes between every Drink I come here to play games and drink and enjoy myself... anyways this is the first time my girlfriend has any issues really and then she actually gets kind of upset because she does go in there often and spend a lot of money and when she does when she does tip the male bartender that is there because he's nice he doesn't bother you he's not on you about every little thing and she was completely fine with that so she wins big she tipped him he gives out great customer service but the other bartender does not. So my girlfriend proceeds to tell them do you think all Black people look the same because I was not here Tuesday the bartender proceeds to tell her that the lady that I had an issue with her(me) said it's the one that always orders Jack and Coke my gf then laugh because she pissed and walks out but if they look that their camera they will obviously see that it was me and not her so at that point do you guys think that all Black people look the same in order Jack and Coke???? And it's hard to get a hold of the person who owns this particular diedies because when you call it goes straight to a voicemail I left a voicemail with my name and my phone number saying that I would like to speak to the owners of this Dottie's and it's been four days now and No one has gotten back to me so I did report them to the Better Business Bureau and they got back to me within two days. This dottys need to do better because when they find out and actually look on their camera if that camera work that it was me instead of her they're going to look real dumb they already do.

My favorite dottys in the whole city but they got a new girl working , ALMA I believe her name and she is completely rude . stereotyped me from the jump , looked me up and down and make me feel totally judged . I was trying to get money out of my bank and she kicked me out for taking too long

Walked in about 8:00 this morning walked out at 9:25 didn't win much but I really enjoyed the hospitality that I received the moment me and my girlfriend walked in the gentleman that was working greeted us as if you needed anything and we didn't even sit down and play yet. Then an hour later a young lady does the same come by to see if we need anything I really like this place I'm not a dottys fan but I am for this place. I just feel better with the drink in my hand when I'm losing my ass they have real good service here I really enjoyed it so did my girlfriend she had a good time and we're only there for an hour and 25 minutes

Love this place... Richie and Stephanie in the mornings are great! Always greeted with smiles. And after 4pm with Eddie, who's funny, sociable, and always entertaining
