Dotty's

Employee Tina is nasty. Has driven away tons of biz with her rudeness.She refused to serve me for no reason. Perhaps it's cause she allowed me to gamble illegally, expired ID, and I won $2200. Wouldn't the gaming commission be interested in that.She spewed profanity at me so I called law enforcement. Tired of her lousy attitude.If you are inhospitable, get out of the hospitality business.

I stop into this Dottys because my nail lady needed another 10 minutes before my appointment so I go to Dottys to gamble and hopefully win a taxable lol Today I went in and was greeted by Marquisha (not sure if my spelling is correct). While adjust my vision from bright and Sunny Vegas to indoor gloomy room I hear her yelling from behind the counter. "No thermos ALLOWED" over and over. I reply can I just leave it on the table or counter while I gamble a quick $20???? "NO, and NO" this went back and forth and she wanted me to take my $50 yeti and put it outside on the hot floor ‍ ok as a bartender in Vegas we have the same policy. I could open my bag and place it in and not drink from it...I only have 10 minutes and a limited amount of cash on hand. I seriously only wanted to play $20...ok maybe more lol. The other customers offered their cars as a safe place to store my thermos and I did that so I could enjoy my now 8 minutes of gambling. The employee walks up and starts yelling at the customer who helped me and myself. I have to stop gambling and ask her (marquisha) to please stop yelling at me?!?! Not sure what exactly she said but she told me and other patrons to not come into this Dottys anymore. I'm sad I can't move my nail lady store nor do I have to power to fire that lady at Dottys, but I hope they will transfer her to another place so I can still get my nails done and I can keep coming into dotty. I've been playing at various Dottys locations for years. And yes I know they have many other locations. ***PEOPLE WHO READ REVIEWS DO NOT GO INTO THIS LOCATION IF AN OLD WOMEN WITH BIG GOOFY NAILS NAME MARQUISHA IS THERE. SHE IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND LIKE TO YELL AT YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL UNWELCOME****

Most bartenders are rude. I gambled $30 and just asked for a water. She was standing right at the table next to me while I was gambling. Then she claimed we didn't gamble at all? I said ok, I'd you think that, don't you have a GMS system that can tell you how much I've been playing. She won't completely silence. Then said well you can't just be sitting in here charging your phones. (Again, WE WERE GAMBLING) Think her name was kiiana or something like that. Straight BS! Never coming to this Dotty's again.

Wow! Just went in and was greeted with no smile on CINDY's face. Then i asked for her help with prices for cigarettes i am not an avid smoker i was buying for a friend and she had a bad attitude. I asked her do you know how much that would be per pack and she said noooooooooo??????? I was like wow ok stick your cigarettes where the sun dont shine.

BEST cigarette prices in town. Small gambling spot NO TVs just video poker & other machines.They have a small menu of fingers,wings,fries and a few sandwiches. Food is good if the right person is working.They always have snacks as well. Nuts,M&Ms,Crackers,Jolly Ranchers and more.Usually I'm in & out in a minute but if you wanna gamble in peace this is a nice quiet spot.

Workers here are rude ass hell. Attitude as soon as I walked in. How they are still working there is beyond me. Go across the street to Wild Fire Casino or Sunset Station to gamble. payout and service are waaay better there.

I usually get quick service at Dotty's, but this cashier was in the back when I got in and said it was gonna be a minute. I asked if it'd be long and she responded with, "I'm going to the bathroom," and gave me this horrible attitude. I'll admit Dotty's isn't known for their customer service, and after her potty break she was very chipper, but don't take your emotions out on your customers. No other employees to speak of or to in the shop. Only reason I'll come back is for the cheap smokes.

Since when did Dotties employees become so rude ?!! My friend and I went to Dotties on warm springs and eastern in Henderson . Wow ! The guy on day shift was so rude . Couldn't bring us an ashtray ??couldn't bring us a soda ? Really ?!! My friend plays a lot of $$ at Dotties past 17 years . Never had a problem at any Dotties not one time . The guy starts threatening him he's gonna have him 86ed ! For what ?!! Cuz my friend didn't like his attitude and told him so ?! Now he'll take his business and his considerable $$$ to jackpot jonies , wildfire . Anywhere but Dotties

I'm apologizing to everyone who had to deal with Cindy. She is no longer working at this location . My name is Brandon and I'm running Dotty's store 19 Wednesday thru Sunday on Day shift. I have excellent customer service.

Went in March 15th. That lady Cindy is one nasty lady. Why is she so rude? She sure knows how to make customers feel unwelcome. I was there to play a hundred or before heading to the mall in the morning. I was out of there in 10 minutes. I couldn't deal with her attitude. Went to Bourbon Street by the mall. I really hope she won't be there when the reopen.
