I chanced upon this place a couple years ago or so and, hands down, probably one of the best donut spots on the Eastside in my opinion.I typically go here to grab a couple dozen or so for the work crew from time to time and the team loves them. I do, too, but I have to watch myself. They do baker dozens which is 13 donuts instead of 12. They also really value business as they will sometimes throw in some freebies, depending on time of day. It seems they tend to not let their donuts sit for too and get stale like a lot of other places do and sell them in bulk at a discount. They offer a pretty decent selection with a little bit of everything on a constant basis and always making fresh new donuts. They even offer vegan donuts as well, if that's your thing. The service has always been awesome. I will say the location is a bit sketch and parking is small and tight at times but the donuts are delicious. Highly recommend, 5 out 5 stars. Tell 'em Large Marge sent ya! Cheers!

Loved this donut shop. I interacted with the most lovely Hawaiian lady and you could feel her bright and happy spirit. They had a large selection of donuts. I bought a baker's dozen for some lovely acquaintances and a half dozen for my family. We all loved the donuts. They are soft and fill you with all the joy of having donuts on a bad day. The shop has limited parking in the parking lot but plenty of street parking.

Oh. My. God. Guys, wow. Not only does this place make a mean donut, they're friendly as heck. I think they could tell we were out-of-towners and threw in a freebie with our half dozen and coffee. So so nice. Most places don't have such a variety. They may do a brioche and then dress it up a bunch of different ways. But Donut Tyme does a lot of different kinds of pastries. Also sheet pan bread pudding and things I'd never even heard of. So good. We snacked on these over the course of our road trip and really enjoyed every one. Word to the wise, don't come here expecting earth shattering coffeeThanks y'all!

These donuts are delicious. I just had a Boston cream and I had an old-fashioned and a buttermilk bar and a raspberry burrito and they are all absolutely delicious. If they don't have the donuts that you ordered they do a good job putting in substitutes they don't just put in a bunch of raised glazed, if you were craving a doughnut, I really recommend this place

First time coming here, Diana & staff been friendly since the jump. Donuts looking delicious couldn't resist , had all my favorite doughnuts. The place was amazing and had a chill vibe to it. Diana had a smile on her face majority of the time as she showed good customer service balancing me and the customers in there.

They make fresh donuts twice a day, they have vegan options. I usually do the half dozen vegan box. Best donuts in Vegas. Way better than pink box. They have some with vegan custard filling. Incredible. Donuts come hot and fresh fresh. They sell out often, they have good service letting you know when more will be ready again. 10/10 recommended. Also have non vegan options.

I wish this doughnut place was closer to my house or work. I was passing by and decided to try out this place. Since I always prefer local places over big chains. And so far all of those local places went above and beyond. This was the best thing today when I decided to come to this place. I did dozen of doughnuts with variety pack. I am big fan of glazed doughnuts but my coworkers like chocolate and sprinkled one. So i choose variety. And this was a hit. Every one on the company loved it and asked me where is this doughnut shop. As soon as I put on the desk ot was gone. I keep 3 for me. Lol glazed one was my to go but I also tried chocolate. They were so fresh and the dough was perfect I could literally eat 12 of them but I stopped myself. Definitely coming back when at this part of the city

4 am on Nov 17th, I had the actual worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. With Donut Tyme. (Spelled Donut Time on UberEats. This becomes relevant later, since apparently no one there knows how to use the app.)You know how they say to write an angry letter, keep it in your drawer for a few days, and then you won't feel like sending it anymore? Well, I sat on this for a few weeks, and I'm still angry. I placed an order on UberEats, at about 3:55 am. I wanted some donuts for when my family woke up later that morning. They advertise themselves as a 24/7 donut place, so I didn't think there would be a huge problem. My order included a few specialty donuts, like cronuts and a burrito donut. I get a call a few minutes later. I figure it's from the restaurant, so I answer immediately. On the other line is a man who's either mid-panic attack, or the biggest asshole on the planet, or both. Donut Tyme: "We don't have cronuts or burritos, I don't know what you want me to do!" Me, anxious and trying to be helpful at this point: "Uhh what if you subbed them for maple bars, would that be okay?" DT: "What, do you want 7 more maple bars?! The other ones cost more, we can't just sub them, you need to cancel."Me: "I can't cancel on my end, they will charge me at this point because you've said you're preparing the order."DT: "No, you need to cancel! I'm not canceling, we can't do that."*I try to explain, 3-4 more times that I can't cancel the order because UberEats does not accept cancellations with a refund on the User side once the order is set to Being Prepared by the restaurant. I eventually get cussed out and called slurs that I literally won't even repeat.*Donut Tyme: "Well now they're gonna send a delivery person out, and you'll be wasting their ****ing time too."Me: "I don't want to waste a delivery person's time, so I'm going to tell them that you can't fulfill the order and not to bother."At this point, a delivery person was assigned, and I got into contact with them and told them the order couldn't be fulfilled. Somehow, miraculously, within two minutes of me contacting the delivery person, Donut Tyme managed to cancel the order from their end. I guess it wasn't so impossible after all! I called back several hours later and asked to speak to a manager, and was told that wasn't a possibility. I'll keep trying just for you, friend on the phone.
