This location at the Paris is much better than the one at Caesars Palace. They have a much larger selection here and seating area is plentiful. Being locals, we don't go on The Strip often. But once in a while we'll play tourist and we come check out what the cronut of the month is. For March, it's blueberry jam with ube ganache. Mmm mmm good! It's not overly sweet but still enough to satisfy that sweet tooth. And we can't leave without getting a DKA to bring home. Similar to a croissant, with caramelized crust and flaky layers of soft, buttery goodness. Good thing this is located close by to the self parking garage. You don't have to trek across the casino to get here. Literally just walk straight as you take the escalator down from the parking garage. Dominique Ansel will be on your left hand side.

Really don't mind the overinflated prices, if the quality matched, but it did not. Stale cronut and DKA. Ham and cheese wasn't dry but was more like the texture of a costco croissant. Macaroon wasn't chewy and it felt like the shells were mostly air. You're ruining your name Domininque with this location.

You know when you take a bite of a cake that's been on a display too long. Outer cream layer is dry / concentrated and inside is still creamy? ShiiiizWhat are you guys doing to the poor cake? It's such a well designed cake. I was impressed with that aspect but did not appreciate how long it's been since it was put in the display.

I love this place a lot! They recently opened in Paris, I believe in November, as they were renovating it when I first saw it. I always go there for coffee and pastries, and I love the ambience too. Overall, it's a 5-star experience the food is great, the ambience is great, and everything is just perfect!

Yelp Review 2025 #39:A fitting home for Dominique Ansel: Paris Hotel. We got here today before 11am and there was a long line. It turns out, it was the line for crepes and there's a separate line for dessert and hot food. We got out of the crepe line. They've learned their lesson from their first Vegas location: have a bigger dining space. I'm not sure why both locations only have disposable plates and utensils/ to-go boxes when you're dining in - it cheapens the experience. Why even bother asking if we're dining in or taking out if they all would be in to-go containers anyway? The New York location and now closed London location all had real plates and utensils.Their desserts are different from the one at Caesar's except for the cookies (including macarons), cookie shot, and the Cronut which gives you a reason to visit both locations. Their sandwiches are also the same. What's the different: ice cream, crepe station, rotisserie and roasts at this location.Pistachio Raspberry Tart:Fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, pistachio dacquoise, pistachio praline, pistachio whipped ganache, vanilla sablé. Tart raspberries with the rich and creamy pistachio whipped ganache, crunch from chopped pistachios and sablé. 5/5Paris Brest Tart:Hazelnut dacquoise, hazelnut praline, caramel crémeux, pâte à choux, hazelnut whipped ganache, vanilla sablé. 6 soft mini pâte à choux with cream in the middle. Hazelnut in different forms and textures. 5/5Rotisserie Chicken:Roasted Amish chicken with herb butter, green goddess, charred lemon. You have two choices for sides: garlic herb french fries or roasted vegetables & potatoes. However, they were already sold out of the French fries by 11am! Which doesn't even make sense. So, roasted vegetables and potatoes it is. The chicken was properly cooked, juicy and flavorful. The green goddess paired nicely with the chicken. However, it was hard to eat with plastic utensils. The vegetables and potatoes were just potatoes and no vegetables! 3.5/5Porchetta:Slow-roasted herbed pork belly, sauce verte. You get 2 slices of porchetta. The skin isn't crispy. Like it's been sitting under a heating lamp for a long time. I didn't finish my food and just took everything home so I can crisp up the pork in the air fryer and eat with real utensils! 2.5/5I do love Dominique Ansel's desserts. So, next time, I'll just grab desserts and sandwiches and go. Plastic utensils are useless with roasts and rotisserie. Nobody really cleans/ wipes down tables the whole time I was here. No refills on iced tea/ lemonade - 80% of the cup is ice! What a ripoff!

Yum!! I didn't realize Dominique Ansel had locations outside of New York. I remember passing by the bakery in NY and there would be a line wrapped around starting in the morning to try their unique cronuts.I came here twice during my stay at the Horseshoe- once for pastries and once for lunch. For my pastries order, I got the kouign amann and pain au chocolat. Both were good and if I had to pick one over the other, I would choose the pain au chocolat. The kouign amann was not as chewy and bit hard.

Friendly service. They take your Caesars reward card so you can earn points. Note, the pastry items such as the tarts and cakes are not the same as their other location at Caesars. So if you love French pastries like I do, make sure you check out both locations. My favorite item here is their Canele. They are $4.99 each. I have to say they are the best I've ever had. It's crispy and crunchy from the wax exterior and the inside is soft. I went 2 days in a row for it but the 2nd morning they told me their delivery didn't come and won't come till later so I went to Caesars near by to grab a gift box of 5. Also tried their raspberry pistachio tart. Just one and it's so filling. It's about $15 a pop and I can see why. There's at least 20 raspberries on each tart! I wish there was more pistachio flavor though.

We have been going to the Paris Hotel location since it opened, and have to say that our favorite person there is Michelle. We used to see her a Guy Savoy, and she has moved to Dominique Ansel!! She is amazing and always makes you feel welcome and helps to find what you need to eat that day!! We are so happy to get to work with her again.Rhonda and Jose Fernandez
