Diamond Smoke Shop

Dont buy anything here in terms of gadgets and accessories. I spent over $100 on a dab set and torch. Made two trips because the glass nail broke after 2 seconds of being lit. So i had to go back and spend EXTRA on a titanium nail and a stronger torch. The titanium nail ended up not fitting well but whatever it can still work. The torch i UPGRADED to doesnt even work. I paid $20 more for a upgraded torch and i even made a 3rd trip to buy butane and it still doesnt work. Over $100 and i still cant use my dab set. Thats cheap glass of a nail, two unusable torches, and two nails that dont fit. Come here only for natural things like wraps or cigarette shit

I recently bought an AIR bar MAX and it was burnt out, when i came back after a few mins to ask if i can switch it to a working one, they told me that they cant switch and instead i have to buy another one... And the prices are way too high, at least higher that most smoke shops i've been to.

Love this shop! You can get smoke shop supplies anywhere. But the people who works here are genuine and kind.After buying butane at the store, I lost my wallet in the parking lot. The person working the store at the time offered to check the video for where I put the wallet after the transaction. He went as far as to help me search my car. I felt this was a rare thing for any person to do so I appreciated this very much.I found my wallet, but the customer service at Diamond smoke is awesome!Thank you!

I come to this smoke shop all the time for my hookah and coals needs, their prices are great and customer service is great as well! This is the only smoke shop I will go to! I'm absolutely satisfied, the owner is super kind and always greets me kindly, I definitely will stay a loyal and happy customer!

The shop was clean and orderly, however the customer service left much to be desired. The gentleman behind the counter was clueless, mumbled rather than spoke, and was completely unhelpful.

Called in to ask if they had a product, they told me no & IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP phone VERY RUDE. came back in the next day & the guy tells me they've always had it & haven't run out. I asked for a small discount for inconvenience and bad customer service & he refused. I'll never spend another penny here, terrible shop, let them close for business.

The people who work here are very nice. There's a lady who has helped me many times and we usually don't say much, but 3 yrs ago I was upset about something in my life. She had asked how I was doing and I told her. My personal problem had nothing to do with the smoke shop, but three years later, she remembered it and asked me about it. She's got an amazing memory and is very sweet. I'm pretty sure English isn't even her first language, but despite that, she still listened, understood, expressed compassion and even remembered. To me that is amazing bc I'm just another customer.

Dont give this man your bussiness. Out to rip you off!Beware he also owns the shop down the street by Albertsons ..I went in for a product that's usually$10 anywhere else..he charged me 22! Didnt even realize it til I walked away.. 2nd time now out of the maybe 5 times I've been there hes tried to pull a fast one. Hes tried to wen my bro stopped in fr stuff. Drive 2 min north down Durango to Jass smoke shop. Shes got the right prices. I got the same exact product fr$ 11!!

I enjoy the level of customer service I receive when I go in there. Good prices on their cigarettes.
