We were going to the Luxor to see the Blue Man Group and decided to eat dinner there before the show. Boy, am I glad we did! This place has a cool vibe, awesome decor and is really hopping. We sat at the bar for quick service and the bartender was great. Ordered some chips and salsa (which were delicious- light and crispy and salty) some guacamole, a couple of beers and dived into the menu. I didn't want anything heavy so decided on the Vixen Salad. "mixed greens, roasted corn, pico de gallo, queso fresco, beans, pickled onions, citrus-chipotle vinaigrette. and I added Adobo chicken" OMG! I am SO glad I did! This salad was amazing! One of the best I have ever had and extremely tasty. $22My friend had the Al Pastor Pork TacosMarinated pork, corn tortillas, onions, cilantro, charred pineapple with a side of salsa cruda- which she said she liked. I would definitely go back and get this salad, it was THAT good. Chicken, so tasty and perfectly cooked and mixed with all the other ingredients.

The two things going for this place was the ambiance, and the server and the manager, both working hard at good service. The food wasn't as good, besides the homemade chips which were great. Tried the shrimp enchiladas and the barbacoa enchiladas. The shrimp enchiladas were filled with chopped shrimp. Problem is that it was weirdly chewy with a dense texture. I swore this was not real shrimp. My partner thought it was just cooked way too long. Either way, couldn't eat it. The barbacoa was better, but not tender nor seasoned well. Very mediocre to poor meal for the price.

We met our friends here for dinner before we go watch them play. It was actually a really cool atmosphere the name well I didn't choose it lol. They had a lot of really cool decor around, beautiful murals, to match the name of the place which I thought was really neat. We got seated pretty quickly, there were six of us. We all ordered something different. Chips and salsa for the table of course. The Carnitas hot skillet plate, which was scrumptious, they give a generous amount of food as well. Everyone ordered drinks and different food, but I unfortunately did not take pictures of everybody's food. Everyone really enjoyed it, the food was good. The surf was good. The atmosphere was fun and the music made me dance a little in my chair lol. Our server Alma was amazing, she was very friendly and got our orders to us quickly. I would come back here to eat again. I enjoyed their food but when you're in Vegas, you wanna go everywhere and try all the different food. This was convenient since we were in sort of a rush to go to their show. so if you have a chance and you're in the looks for a hotel definitely try this restaurant. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :)Aloha

Solid four stars and high-quality Mexican food right in the middle of the Pyramid. Luxor has a few redeeming qualities, and this is one of them. Party of four, we all ordered differently. I had some Taquitos which were awesomely good! I believe everyone at our table enjoyed the food. Our waitress was awesome and was always available for refills. Hats off to the kitchen staff for cranking out some quality food! Ambiance was okay. Not a romantic date night restaurant. It has an open-air thing going for it, so you see all the passer byes. Luxor has done a good job of mixing up their dining options as each one is different. If you are so lucky to stay here (heavy on the sarcasm) LOL, do come and try this place. Want more dining options? You have both walkways to Mandalay and Excalibur which offer a lot for not so far of a walk.

Some of the best Mexican food! Stopped at this location in the Luxor on a winter weekend,Fri eve. Wait wasn't too bad at 20 min but service was friendly and food came quick. We had the fish tacos, taquitos, chips and salsa, and the carnitas burrito. Meals came with rice and beans. All food tasted fresh and was delicious!! The location is smallish, but decor is authentic and fun. Also tried the passion fruit margarita, not too sweet but a little light on the alcohol. Worth a stop. Drinks, appetizers, entrees was $120 for two with tip.

I was going to take a picture of my Al pastor tacos but the guy took them when I was talking. The whole plate was greasy n so much the waitress even so "oh my yes". The rice is a weird fat thick hard texture and the chips tasted like the oil needs to be changed and since you have to pay for chips n salsa you'd hope they aren't burnt.. Beans good n plantains best part...the rest is a real bummer seeing we were starving after the drive to Vegas and were excited to try this place :(

Came in for a late dinner on a Friday night. This restaurant is on the second floor of the Luxor with view to the front desk in the actual pyramid. I started with the vixen margarita which was great and took the rest to go. To eat we'd had the enchiladas combo that came with chicken, shrimp and beef enchiladas. Our favorite was the shrimp enchilada but they were all super flavorful. We also had the trio fajitas which came with chicken , shrimps and steak. Was surprised that the steak was juicy thick steak and there was so much protein that it's enough for 2 people but definitely need more than 3 tortillas. The cup of elote was pretty good as well.Really enjoyed our dinner and I would recommend.
