Very clean smoke shop. Decent selection of flower and great pricing especially when you come for happy hour 5-7pm and 4:20-7:10amDaily deals which are always good. Got some edibles and flower Service has gotten a lot better in the last few years, great job on mgmt.

Deep roots is awesome! The staff are friendly, the store is clean and well organized, and they always have what I need. Always bring cash and they will be able to help you find what you need. They have great in house helix edibles. They are on the high end of pricing, but the quality is there. This is my top dispensary in Vegas.

I just got home from visiting Deep Roots at West Cheyenne. Here are my thoughts:I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. I decided to go there, despite the rating, because my wife wanted a specific product...which they carry and had in stock. It used to be a Rite Aid, which is very funny to me, but the inside looked nice. The security guard was cool as hell, he was courteous, and quickly scanned my drivers license.Inside, I was greeted and helped so quickly, I didn't get a chance to be the first to initiate a greeting. Anyway, I did online order and pickup. I got the notification that my order was ready for pickup within 5 minutes of placing the order. I've never had such a quick transaction with a dispensary. I doubt it's always so fast, but it definitely was not slow...and I'm sure they work as quickly as they can *when* they can.I would go to this location again. The interior had a nice vibe. And I would recommend it to others. The prices were competitive with other dispensaries and they had several sales going on. In fact, if you donated canned goods you could get certain items for a penny. To me, that's a business that cares about its community. Give Deep Roots a try and let them earn your loyalty. They have mine. Plus they're open 24 hours? Good to know. And you know that the parking lot of a former Rite Aid is gonna have adequate lighting at night 5 stars from me.

Person who checked my ID was very rude and made a comment about the color of my skin that was absolutely uneccessary. Had a weird attitude with me even after explaining that my ID was legit. Person who helped us with our transaction was very sweet though! Thank you to them specifically. I was there around 1:30am Thursday, August 15th.

Tyler has made my day. I went in there not sure what to get but he was able to educate me on the best type of edibles for me. Usually I feel very drunk with the one I used to take. But the one he pointed me to gives me a good high without the feeling of being drunk. I highly recommend that you go to him for all your cannabis concerns! Will definitely be going there from now on.

Google maps says that they are open 24 hours but even if they are not open 24 hours we came at 11:48 and the doors were locked and closed & on the outside it says that they close at 12 which is a lie because they were not open, do not come here and do not waste your time. The weed is also trash because it was last resort.

I would give ZERO STARS if available!!Been here numerous times and have finally had enough!! There website falsely advertises discounts and specials. The "special" items are never available and the "happy hour" discount doesn't apply to any product you select, it's only the ones they decide to give you the discount on which is fine IF the website indicated it. The people who work there are not helpful and incredibly arrogant. For all my Vegas locals, go to THRIVE!!Better bud, better prices, better selection, better all the way around!
