Ok...how is it that this group has only 8 reviews? David Perrico's Pop Strings HAS to be the BEST free (2 drink) show on the Strip! Music covers that are as good as or better than the originals! Who has a 12 piece band with 6 strings, that don't just play...they perform and entertain! Don't miss them at Cleopatra's Barge at Caesar's Palace. We slipped in, grabbed a table and were BLOWN AWAY. How is it possible we could listen to amazing live music, stellar vocals, and amazing renditions of our favorite hits for the price of a cocktail or two. David has great people around him, especially the two lead singers...especially his wife Lilly! They all obviously love what they do and it shows. What a fun orchestra filled with smiling and friendly faces and sound that just makes you want to get up and dance. We'll find them the next time we're in town!! Get a seat and enjoy!

Perrico has a different set list for his concerts than the club shows at The Palms. If you are expecting spiced up leftovers think again. This is music lovingly and painstakingly arranged by Dave and performed at the highest level. This night featured music from Electric Light Orchestra, Duran Duran and Olivia Newton John. Many forget or simply do not know: Olivia Newton John was the Beyonce of her time. She starred in movies and has sold over 100 million albums. Her Grease (filmed at Venice High where our daughter went to school) soundtrack is said to be the top selling movie soundtrack of all time. Olivia Newton John was what every white boy on the lake wanted. I will refrain from commenting about how Pop Strings full time lead singer/part time goddess Naomi Mauro emulated that vision for this show, but I want to. Some people may be a bit confused and think because the word "strings" are in the band's name it is merely the same old approach of sleepy lush arrangements sprinkled on top of the hits. Not with Perrico. This music is rocket propelled.

Love them and love Cleopatra's barge. They not only play and sing well, but they have as much fun playing as the crowd has listening and dancing. 2 drink min has been added since we first saw them. Only disappointment is they play only 2 hours, from 10 til midnight, and if you don't get there by 930 you cany count on getting in. Amazing repertoire of genre & musical instruments. Dancing music that brings the house down! Loved every moment of it. Love the string!

Was there on August 11 and 12th of 2017, all I can say is...... AMAZING!!! Love the all string orchestra because it's Girl power!! The 2 singers are excellent! Everything was awesome! Thank you for the beautiful music!

This group was amazing! I am not a dancer but they got me to get up and dance the night away. Love their style. The entire group is gorgeous. I would love to see them again and again.

First I want to say thank you for holding down the stage last night at the toys for tots event at the Orleans .. Second you guys were great and I really enjoyed the show. I had never visited the Orleans but I'm glad I did . Don't think I will return unless you are there again , lol that's another review ..... Again thank you and so look forward to seeing all of you again !!

Will get the evening GOING. Great performance by very talented musicians and vocalists. Will hunt them up and enjoy again
