Ive been a fan of Criss Angel for over 20 years and I finally got to see the show this week. We flew in for my daughters bday and I told her that it was my dream to see the show and even more amazing to see it with my kids. We set in the front row and even though the tickets were expensive, it was worth every penny. Criss is very personal and humble human being this is why he's the only celebrity I follow and willing to spend money on, because he stays the same. He worked hard to get where he is and made it on his own.He had a small but humble following 20 years ago with a fan club which I was a part of, seeing him in Vegas with a residency makes me believe hard work does pay off.Yes he shares a very painful and personal experience of his son being diagnosed with cancer and if you follow his and his wife's social media its so brave of them to share their struggle with us, even though its a personal matter and they don't have to do it. He's making a difference in people lives and I'm glad to be a part of it. He dedicates a small fraction of his show to make a difference, I can't believe people are so selfish to even write a complaint about it.The tricks were amazing and decent and highlights his best talent. He is a magician so yes if you see a wire don't be surprised. It is a show and he's the best at what he does. At the end of the show he inspires and encourages everyone to keep working on their dreams and do not give us. He also emphasizes how grateful he is that we chose to see him and spent time with our friends and family. Time is precious and I believe time was well spent those 90 minutes. You're an amazing human being and keep doing what you're best at.

This performance was part magic, part humiliation. I received complimentary tickets to attend one of his shows with some friends, which made me excited due to Criss Angel's fame. Ushers and staff greeted us warmly as we entered and took our seats. However, as the show unfolded, I found it rather cringeworthy. In my opinion, the entire performance evolved into a display of self-adulation for Angel, with a consistently tacky and cringe-inducing vibe. I was genuinely surprised by how he constantly sought audience approval for every action, which diminished the magic element (as he literally* sought claps from the audience). In contrast to the era of Lance Burton's magic, this show paled in comparison. The magic acts were interspersed with tasteless intermissions, and the comedy often came at the expense of unsuspecting guests. Imagine being the unfortunate target of a joke made at your own expense. The show's tone was overly derogatory, and it seems to draw an audience primarily due to the recognizable name of this somewhat faded magician. With the meet and greets, his entire attitude was holier than thou', barely acknowledging and being kind to his "fans". I felt embarrassed I had brought other people to see such a terrible show. Guests get made fun of, jokes which aren't funny are being made (I love "South Park"/"Family Guy" comedy and this was NOT it, it was literally just tasteless and crude at the expense, at times, of the guest), the magician asks the audience for an applause every step of the way, this is literally just a guy doing parlor magic tricks expecting a standing ovation for the comedy and "magic" (I feel like he's one of those types of employees who's a year from retiring and just doesn't care lol-- just give him your money and praise cause he's THE CRISS ANGEL), in my opinion. Since it's my first time seeing him, I'm unsure if he's always been such a lazy magician or if it's cause he's due for retirement. Upon entering the casino, we found it aged and poorly maintained, even posing some safety concerns in different areas. This experience ranks as perhaps the worst Vegas show I've encountered (I've seen around 5). I didn't put a 1 star review because the tickets were complimentary and it gave us something to do (probably lots of free tickets given to fill the show like ours were free); it was probably a 2/10 and rates as one of the worst performances I've seen in magic or anything really. But since there was something relatively entertaining hidden in various, limited parts-- it gets a 2 star. Had I paid, I would've demanded a refund, though.

I enjoyed seeing Mindfreak!I loved the theatrics of the show and how edgy it was.Criss has a great stage presence. Seeing him escape the stray jacket in the air with "trash" flying around him will forever stay in my memory. There were a few tricks that were just too obvious. I could visibly see what was happening, so that took a little of the magic away.Other tricks, like Criss "levitating" left me in awe, and wondering how they're done (even several days post-show!)I appreciate that Criss has incorporated childhood cancer research fundraising into his show and venue.Overall, I'd recommend this show!

I saw his show about 6-7 years ago at another hotel. His show lasted longer last time and he did so many more tricks. Felt like more than 60% of this show was videos and stories and then he did 4 maybe 5 tricks. And last time at the end of the show he came out and allowed us to take pics of him for a minute or two. Really a bummer to have front row seats and he did not do this. This show was less than an hour long- I timed it and Criss was recording this particular show- and it felt like it was over before it started. No huge WOW at the end either. We left disappointed. The tricks he did were great but there were very few.

This is an awesome, fun and entertaining show!! The combination of magic, illusions, levitation, music, lights, visuals, special effects, and stage performers makes this show one of a kind, energetic, and spectacular (a total mindfreak). Criss Angel has changed up the show a little with new acts since we last saw it, so if you haven't seen it in a while, go check it out again. If you haven't seen it, you have to put it on your Vegas to do list since we think he has one of the best illusion shows in town. The theater is also nice, comfortable, all seats have a good stage view, and staff helpful. Definately, go with on open mind and ready to make some noise and let go to have some fun!

Criss is a great performer and very personable. Loved his engagement and enthusiasm with the audience this was a spectacular mind boggling experience. My wife and I still chat about the amazing feats. If your are seated in the middle expect total immersion and up close experiences. Cross even showed up in one of the rows. Not sure I would say this is suitable for kids under 12 but not sure there is anything outside of attire and suggestive behavior. We loved the show and we we closer in the rows and thought the entertainment was worth it. Besides, how often do you see an entertainer like this up close.

I was very surprised at how entertaining this show actually was it definitely kept you watching and had several wtf moments where you question how he did one of his tricks. I will say though, that the theatrics were a bit over the top (confetti flying in your face and such) I'm sure for the shock value. But I do love that he added the story of his humble beginnings into his performance. Definitely not for kids!

I LOVED Chris angels show back when it was on TV so I knew when I went to Vegas recently that one of the things I wanted to do was going to his show. My bf and I got great seats (3rd row) and they weren't too expensive. Chris was great and had tons of energy. He actually did a trick one time in the crowd and the table he did the trick on was right next to us so it was really cool to watch him do the magic up close. I thought the tricks were fun and unique and everyone seemed to have a great time ! 10/10 recommend.

What a fun and great show. We really enjoyed the illusions and the heartfelt storytelling about his son beating cancer and his upbringing in a Greek family. All around entertaining.
