Crafty Cake Shop

I love this place right from the beginning of walking in to the shop. The girls that were hosting the class were so sweet and knowledgeable and made the entire class fun and educational. Definitely can't wait to go back for another class! The shop is super clean and well organized makes buying so easy! There is just so much good too say about this store!

Cutest shop for all the stuff you need for baking! So nice to have something local instead of never being to find anything at other stores! They even have speciality items!!

I ordered some items and when I received them I opened the package, no packing slip included, so i tossed the packaging thinking all I ordered was there. I noticed I only received one of the 16oz paramount Crystal bags of the two I ordered. Checked the packaging to make sure I didn't accidentally toss it out... then went on the website to make sure i didn't only order one. I ordered two but only received one . When I contacted the company they started out super friendly and were trying to figure out the mistake. Then I received a message saying I wasn't going to be refunded or my item replaced because they checked footage of my items being packed and saw there was two items. Ok??? I still only received one! They asked if maybe someone stole it from my mailbox.... MAYBE they did! Why should I have to pay for something I didn't receive ESPECIALLY if someone stole it out of myMailbox!?!? The item is only $10 why would I lie over $10.... and it's not the point ... the point is your customer service sucks and it's pretty crappy that if someone stole my item you turn your head and say too bad so sad. Well I disputed the charge and will get my $ back eventually but save yourself the time and don't use this company. I should have read the bad reviews before purchasing In the first place.

I did a cake decorating class with my girl and it was super fun. If I remember correctly the instructor was the owner of the store. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and we both enjoyed it. Couples if you're looking for a different type of date to do with your significant other, check this place out. Very fun!

This store is every baker's dream! As someone who has a home bakery, I found so many supplies that I needed from cookie cutters, food coloring gels, spatulas, etc. I spent nearly an hour here so I could go through everything they had. Service was wonderful and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

This place is amazing!!! So many goodies!! I live in Henderson so it is a bit of a drive but they ship!! They do custom embossing and custom cake toppers and edible images! Such a cute spot with a ton of options for cake decorating. Thanks for all your help and tips. I will definitely be returning. It's worth the drive! I could spend all day at this store. :)

I've been to this location several times and every time I come here they're inconsistent. It's ridiculous. I also go to tempting treasures which is 45 min away (a 15min difference). I go to crafty shop because it's closer to me. What a disappointment. I'm done coming to this location. I will not support and will not recommend it. The hours are misleading and they don't answer their phone.
